Will there be any patch that will be releasing full version?

So i mean,

1) Up-To-Date players transfer.

2) Player Names, Clubs & Countrys translated into English.

3) All Menus Translated totally in English.


So i know this will take really very long time to do it & it takes alot of hard work & patient. But it will be great if they can do this, because i dont care if they has updated the kits or latest jersey, i just need those 3 above to play the game well and i know others fans or WE8 too, so it will be great if those patch makers will do this. But i heard there are some patches with much english translated menus, but those players name are still in Japanese. I also know some people told me, i can use a program like X-Port, bin, cue to burn file into a CD & load it into my memory card to get those players name into English. But i have try it, it doesnt seems the work man. Those players name are still in Japanese. So to make it easier for some of us, why dont patch makers do this, because burning those option file really sounds complicated. BTW, i only know how to burn patches with ppf. And i know alot of people know too. But most people was stuck at the option file things unless they got X-Port. So hope some of the patch makers can consider this... Thank u.

I think the Fernando patch covers points 2 + 3 at least. The rest you can do yourself as the transfer mode doesn't need to be unlocked in the shop this time. And as the game is pretty up to date it won't take that long to do.

awesome, i mean i do the same as u did, i mean i use evo web 1.5 option file also in bin form. but who do i burn it? Can u list those easy step for me....dont tell me to read those forums acticles because it is too complicated. Btw, i try it before, but my players name still in japanese. So i wonder if i did some steps wrong, hope u can type it here easily & clear for me to understand. BTW, i use alcohol 120%.

right bro if u have the 1.5 evo web.u should have a bin and a cue file in a folder.launch alcohol,the easy way is just use image burning wizard and browse to your folder.( on earlier versions click on file choose open and browse to folder ).either way alcohol will find the file.right now burn the file to cd using a speed of about 6 to 8.now put cd in ps2 it will load a dos screen.click r1 on dpad a box will appear on the right use dpad and scroll down to cdfs press x, ps2 will browse cd.some files will appear use dpad and choose .npo file,press triangle ps2 will copy file to your mc takes meer seconds.take out cd, reboot ps2 insert game should load option file automatically.wallah game in english its not 100% but you will be able to play game untill full patch comes out. enjoy

thanks, so i should burn this cue or bin version? Which one to burn on CD?

Edit: So i should select the bin or the cue file? If i select one of them which u will told me later, i just need to burn that on CD that simple? So i select it & straight burn on CD-R? Or i need to do other things with this file?

ok so u mean, use achohol 120%, find that cue option file that i have d/l. Insert a new CD R, then burn it. And load it to my PS2 & transfer it to my MC & it will work? TO final confirm it, before i do it the third times.

step 1,patch dvd iso with fernando 0.4 patch.
step 2,burn evo-web 1.5 option file cue to cdr at 6 speed ( get and use dvd decryptor easy to use and free ).
step 3,follow my previous post on copying to ps2 mc.
i have a pal version 7 ps2 and this has definitely worked for me.
in answer to forzamilan there will eventually be a 100% patch,the above method allows you to play the game in english until the patch comes out.all i wanted to do was play the game, i dont care about updated kits and players names i will do that myself in edit mode it is easy to do.

OMFG, i did your ways. But this CD doesnt even loadable in my PS2, when i do my way. It still can transfer data to my MC, but your way does not work. Here are the steps i follow in your way.

1) Download that WE8 Evo-Web 1.5 Option File.

2) Open my Alcohol 120% Burning Program.

3) Insert a new empty CD R into my drive.

4) Select that Option file cue & click burn.

5) I burn it at 6.

6) Once done, i eject it & took the CD R out of my drive.

7) Insert into my PS2, boot up, and it doesnt even boot up as well.

8) When i put that CDR in, the screen turn to a MC & it stat reading Disc.


So u are lieing man. Damn u!!!


I have done my way, and it works, it manage to boot the CD R up & i still manage to transfer the data option file to my MC.

But at least my way boot up, but your ways dont, but when i try to load WE8 in. The players name still in japaneses.

first i am not lieing and to accuse some one who is trying to help you wont get you many friends.1, what is your ps2 version 2,what mod chip do you have,3.delete all we8 data from your mc including any corrupt data.download and install dvd decryptor it is easier to use than alcohol and free,use this to burn future option cue files and iso's.when you say you have copied data from the loaded cdr which file are you copying.

sorry man, i think i'm too angry & say that out. Because i have lose alot of CDR now, right now i left with 5 pics & 8 DVD+R. But how do i check my PS2 Version? And has i did delete those WE8 & corrupted files when i transfer the data.....but do u know where to d/l dvd decryptor? Sry man!!

u can dl dvd decrypter from here http://www.dvddecrypter.com the site is often down due to visitors so be patient.when installed, any bin,cue or iso files on your hd will look like silver discs.insert cdr or dvdr into your writer right click on the bin or iso file and choose open with,a box will open giving you a choice of proggys that will burn these files depending what you have installed,choose dvd decryptor,pick your speed and click on hd to cdr image and thats it.i have no idea why this method is not working for you ben.i and my m8s have used future patches and option files and burned them using these steps with no probs.could be down to your mod chip mine is magic 2 while others have messiah chips.we all have version 7 ps2s which are 2002 models.scph-390003 this no is on back of my ps2.note yours and visit any ps2 repair site which will tell you what model you have.it may be ben that you will simply have to wait until the full patch comes out in ppf form.but fernando says players names are the last on the list so it will be some time.i wish you luck
