Released: April 27th (Apparantly)

We have teamed up with Play-Asia to offer our visitors an exclusive $5 off deal when you pre-order Winning Eleven 10 from Play-Asia. The game, which normally retails at $59.90, can be yours for just $54.90 (£31.30).

CODE: GO-FOR-WEX

Pre-order by clicking here

The code is valid ONLY for purchases of Winning Eleven 10 and is valid ONLY until release of the game. The current expiry date for the coupon is April 27th, 2006. In case Winning Eleven 10 is delayed for some reason, the coupon will of course be valid longer.

The coupon can be used for any customer and multiple times, however just 1 coupon is valid per order (it cannot be mixed with other coupons). If a customer wishes to purchase 2 copies of Winning Eleven 10, they can do so by setting up 2 separate orders.

Discuss.

Excellent!!! just ordered my copy of WEX :D thanks for the coupon code.

Sorry can someone explain something rather fundemental here to me, is WE10 essentially PES6?
If not are there any major differences, also does it have an english language mode on the game?

WEll, I got we8, after randomly pressing buttons on the pad whilst loading, it game up with the PES4 title screen menus etc. It only happened once, but it happened, so it might suggest that changes between WE and PES are slight.

WE9 was totally in Japonese, patches were made to change the menus in to english and a language patch to provide english commentry.

There were some major differents between pes5 and we9. For starters the nippon challenge. The gameplay is also a lot slower and therefor a bit more realistic, but not better, i think. The ref is SHITE in we9, it was like playing in italy all the time! player with breadsticks for feet! So then i played pes 5, and it is a lot lot better, and i hope it is going to be the same with pes6 and we10. Im going to get them both!!

No doubt this has been asked and answered millions of times but what exactly do you need to be able to play this on a UK PS2?

Help would be good :D

I have converted the 15 second advert for Winning Eleven 10 to 3G so you can download it to your mobile.
Thanks for doing that. Good stuff.

OldFirmBlue:
There is a thread in the console Editing section that explains the ways you can use to play imported games. You need to either chip your PS2 or use the slide card or flip top lid methods with a swap disk. In my opinion the easiest way is to buy a pre-chipped PS2 which you can get for around £150 and they will play all imported and patched games.
