I get this patch from a big chinese we7i forum, they will release a new patch soon (with many bug fixed)
I will post the bt link when it is out.

looks like you might need to use the unbadged patch, to take away the badges that are overlapping the uni

The screen is also flashing once while and there is always weird wave floating on the screen.

stan - did you ever get this fixed? I think that's the same thing I'm running into on my WE7I US release...

To Blizz81 just open the advance direct cd option and enable the vertical sync (always on)
It would solve the problem
