Winning Eleven 8 International Option File

The Wolf patch looks fantastic, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to convert it for use with Winning Eleven 8 International for PC? Or even if it needs converting? Thanks in advance.

I never thought such a simple question would elicit such a sarcastic, not to mention trite response.

If you found my question ridiculous, then a simple "I'm not sure, ask Wolf," or "These patches don't function on the US version," would have been the way to go.

however putting 2 and 2 together I got the answer I thought of, maybe it's wrong!
