canimal, i'm haunted by the same exact thing. What the hell do u have to do to shoot hard and low in this game (and in the corner). If you ask me, thats the best and most realistic shot in football. The only way to shoot low is to tap the shoot button but then its never hard and always to the middle even when i try to direct it. Sheesh.

ok my first thoughts on winning eleven 9. slower game but better game chesting a ball down while a player is behing u is nice using r2 2 lean into a player 2 force a foul is possible. shooting 2 me seems alot harder not just normal shooting but also the new option of hitting r2 after hitting the shot.
players will ping passes with the out side of there boot. goalkeepers are good not just dealing with corners and shots there responce time after making a save is impressive u can easily laucnh a throw out up 2 the half way line which is brilliant for launching fast counter attacks.
strong physical midfielders and defenders seem handy 2 have tomas graveson is one i have noticed is extremely powerfull on the ball lesser sized strikers will just bounce off him. when running for the ball and its a 50/50 ball the players will really tussle with each other throwing arms and pulling each other is really good 2 watch
but i guess u wanna know player improvements the players who have stood out in all pro evo winning eleven games are all still good ie (henry) (shevy) (trez) (zidane) (totti)
u all know who i mean but its the imergince of the new breed thats impressed me all the old timers have sum new contenders for the crown al name a few of the new superstars who have improved (c.ronaldo) (a.cassano) (w.roony) (j.cole) (f.lampard) (s.gerrard) (e.gudjohnson) and al stick my neck on the line and say (s.nakamura) <------- he is on the front cover and menu screen at the start.
freekicks u have the options like before lay off of direct strike but u can let the player who lays the ball off have a quick shot on goal.
formations sure u have all of the same as before but u can have different variations of each formation u can play 4 types of 442 without moving a single player ureself
the play-on rule we had it before and sum liked it sum didnt this time it works well u have all had it on pro evo 4 ure playing ure m8 and he poll axes u with a big crooked assed defender and the ref plays on and does nothing when the play comes 2 nothing
not any more refs have the ability 2 book u after the play comes 2 nothing players can be injured as the advantage is being played
i have noticed that players have wristbands on some have plasters 2 cover up earings rings etc nice little touch i thought players strips do get really manky on this version.
passing is impressive but hard 2 master pinging a through ball aint as easy as before but thats all down 2 power bars new moves havent seen many theres neet little drag back u can do and pressing the r2 button adds new aftertouch 2 ure netbound efforts
all and all this is the most physical pro evo game i have seen and i am impressed by it
it seems very realistic 2 a real game of football and thats what i want i dunno about everyone else cant wait 2 see celtic in a proper strip cos the wrong uns have got all official shit but am gonna be playing until my thumbs fall off started nippon challenge lastnight but japan aint the best of teams so am struggling hope u all found this informitive al take sum snaps 2 nite with my digi cam show a bit of the actuall game

winnig eleven 9 is an amazing game but theres far to much freedom on the pitch.its too hard to shoot cos uve got u have the right position to aim on target which is really annoying cos if ur open on goal normally the player just shoot an it goes out for a throw in lol its really hard to score outside the box but saying that ive just scored a screamer with arteta. Ive spent most of my time editing the kits boots an all the rest my everton kit is amazin btw lol. W119 will take alot of getting used too ive been playin the master eague an its not really any different an ive just found an amazin player only 17,Rowland if u have got w119 search for him an hes free too wahoo lol right iam off to play it tara

you know what blows. here in the states u have to wait til spring 06 to get ur hands on a copy of WE9International. I envy u guys that can get it, what, like october? Not to mention people in japan. I also envy all u guys that kknow stuff about comps and know how to patch. I would pay 100 buckaroos jus for someone to come to my house and patch my game for me. but o well.

Yeh they're brilliant, Id like a guide on how to make them...but on Evo-Web theres a thread for in-game editor but yet chumps are making boots which have been done by patching it! fucking angers me!

What are the pitches like? And do the away fans still sit in the Kop end if you're playing at Anfield with Liverpool?

Some of the pitches are quite nice. I assume the away fans will still sit in the Kop as it doesn't seem like something they would go to the trouble of fixing. And they may not be able to figure out what to do when 2 non-liverpool teams play at Anfield too.Harry-Kewell said:
