Winning Eleven 9 Runs very slowly !!!!

Hi all,
I'm from Portugal and bought one ps2.
Just got a copy of W E 9 (Like WE8) japan version and when the game starts is just too slow, like very very slow !!!!!
Why ????
But the P E S 4 pal version works perfect.
Does the TV interfere with the game performance?!?!

i dont think its coused by tv. only thing with tv is when u havent NTSC system, then game will be in black-white mode...

WE9 and PES5 will be much slower games compared to PES4.
Better get used to playing in a slower style.
