Am currently livid with rage in the face of a cowardly cheater.
I went 1-0 up 10 mins into 2nd half.
With about 15 mins to go he brought on 2 attacking players and there was immediate extreme lag fo thr first time (no hint of lag before).
I managed to hold out to his ensueing onslaught without conceding, although at times did'nt know where the ball was.
I thought I had managed to hold on to a hard fought and valuable win (I don't win often) when in injury time their full back got the ball half way inside his own half with my nearest player about 30 yards away (I had no player in his half at that moment). This fullback promptly turned around to face his own goal and ran all the way back to his goal line and conceded a corner !! "Why did they do that?" I thought, "That's really wierd". It soon became obvious why. They immediately activated the pause button, and no matter what I tried, I couldn't activate it and get back to the match. I waited many minutes but lost patience eventually and had to Ctrl-Alt-Delete out and re-start PES 09.
When logged back in, I checked the result - surprise ! - a 3-0 defeat
Can this guy continue to get away with this ?! Just imagine a full back with no one near him, turning roung and running 40 yards back over his goal line to concede a corner, therefore being able to active thwe pause menu and doing something clever so I had to re-start
All for the sake of 1 defeat !!
