wolf 3.1 option numbering flaw

hi...

i notied that when play onlnie using pes using wolf 3.1 option file.. the player numbers are messed up...

for eg...

arsenal... henry wear no 10 (not 14)...reyes wear no 10 ( not 9) bergkamp 32 (not 10)

spain (raul 23 (not 7)...

other team also.. etc.. etc..

i can edit it myself ....i acknoledge that .. but when play online using pes4online (wolf 3.1 opt. file)... the number flaw cant be change...

can someone fixed that and use it on pes4online...

mayber wolf can help and fix the flaws...and celebron and skn3 use new fix para)we8_bin into pes4online...TQ

a new version with completely updated transfers and correct numbers will be released later this week.

However: you must realise its not 100% possible to get it all accurate. The numbers are based on the position they play sometimes, so for example if I edited rooney to be a starting lineup instead of Saha: then Rooney would get Saha's #9 shirt. In the option file you could change this number, but that does not work online. In Man Utds case, they do not have a #8 shirt in their team, so therefore Rooney can never have a #8 shirt online (for the update he will have #18 i think).

So when it is released, some starting lineups will not be 100%, but this is the price to pay for wanting the correct numbered shirts :) And considering this is an online only thing; and most players change their teams around anyway; it's not too big a deal :)

celeborn ..tq for your response.. and u mentioned quite pleased to hear that you r goin to realeease....

ya.. agree with u on the second point... no need to have 100% life starting line up cos.. we age going to change it anyway...with your fav. player :)...the most important is player no.

i think most will go to formation setup and change player... to their favorite..player and position....and will not use real stating line up...

but can the update the player accoding to the real life boot for some well konw players ???....i realize that.. for eg. viera wear Adidas Predator (white) boot..as same as beckam..in wolf 3.1 option file..wheras viera actually wears Adidas Predator (Black/ Red)...

well.. i can edit and put predator boot.. but since both players use boot selection no 6 in wolf 3.1.. so one must be wrong booted...

there are also applies to other mismatch boot for some of the well konw player.. but not all

so can you fix this


i think boot selection on defaut (original) PES4 is already 90 percent accurate..maybe the option file can use the default boot selection for each player...

btw .. i thank you for you wonderul contribution for PES..

hope my wish is not too much...... :)

I think perhaps the boots got mixed for the same reason as numbers did this release - that said, I'm not the one working on the new version so can't claim credit :) A couple of great users from Japan are working on it; basiing it on the changes in Wolfs FM2005 option file, but using default stats. What they have planned for boots I do not know :) What I do know is that there is a limit to the size of the para_w8.bin that they are creating; the more changes from the "default" option file, the larger this file becomes... so it will be a balance between getting in everything that people want, and making sure it works on everyones machines :)

HI CELEBORN.....I UNDERSTAND THAT U CREATE and u already give it to SKN3 new we8_para_bin with fix numbering....can u post in your website.. so we all can download..
