how do i install wolfs new patch for pro evo 4 i have winrar but stuck after that

Just extract the files into a folder that you want. Than read the readme file for where to put the files.
Tip: Make back-ups of your old files in case the new ones don't work.

i keep getting this message , you need to have the following volume to continue extraction ! C:\Documents and Settings\baz\Desktop\TheWolfFurryEvolutionPatch1_0_PES4PC[1].part5.rar

i dont understand where im going wrong

That means you are missing the fifth part. If you downloaded it in separate parts then you should have 5 of them.
