This is supposed to be the official rugby game of the england team. Anybody heard anythin about it?

anthing is better than rugby 2004! thats the worst game ever. the graphics on it were dreadfull and the gameplay was typical EA Sports. Shit!

EA Sports always seem to focus more on graphics than gameplay which is in my opinion more important.(gameplay that is)

I was playing on it last night (my m8 works at morrisons & he half-inched it, he also got TIF2004 but thats canny crap), it's a good game, me and my mate did a World cup with England and got to the final. The gameplay is fluid and the difficulty curve is good.

Theyve also got Jonny Wilkinson's stance when he is just about to take a kick, the arse out hands clenched thing

It was made by the swame team who the very best rugby game of all time, Jonah Lomu Rugby, so it's pedigree is excellent!

It is much much better than anything EA have made, and is better than the official NRL game also.

The graphics are quite good, the gameplay better still. Definitely worth picking up if you need a decent rugby fix.

Arrived today (ironically my birthday!). Superb game , puts that pathetic excuse for a game "Rugby 2004" to dire shame. Terrific gameplay , which I always stress is most important about sports games , as well as fine graphics which this also has in abundance. The only "but" in this game only applys to everybody except England fans. Their farcical superiority is the games only downer , as Clives boys are unbeatable in lineouts , scrums , and mauls. And Wilkinson never misses a kick. Other than that , I'd give this one about 8 and a half / 10.

Finally I won the World Championship last night. I beat Clives boys in the group stage and in the final with France , who I think are the only team in the game who can beat England.

While on the topc, does anybody know if you can patch this game on PS2? It's like PES3 and all teams apart from England and Wales have names that don't even come close to the real things eg. Jonah Lomu = Wendell Hawkins

Anyone thinking of giving it a go?

Is it a case of you don't know the other teams names or you can't be bothered writing them all in.

Team names are alright and can't be changed but updating player names that aren't New Zealand or Australia is tough.

Perhaps someone might use the X-Port instead...
