World Championship Snooker 2004

Got the game on Wednesday.

Great game, really enjoying it. It has loads of various game modes to try out e.g. trick shots, classic matches...with various different unlocks and rewards. You can play pool as well as snooker which me and my mates had a great time playing the other night.

In the career mode as it were, I've just qualified for the British Open having gone out in the Quarters of the LG Cup. My highest break is around 44 at the moment.

And it looks absolutely fantastic, luvin' it

On the pc version do you control shot power with the mouse?

You click the mouse button when you've lined up the shot and select the power by pressing up/down on the keyboard I believe.

I haven't got onto playing the big boys as yet but have found that the amateurs are well....amateur (even though I went out ). I'm now in the early stages of the British Open. I've Improved my ranking by two places

I haven't done much on the career mode yet, I think I might do tomorrow.

I've on the Classic Matches and Trickshots, the classic matches are good. I'm currently tring to beat Hendry with Williams, it's not going well, any mistakes I make are being punished by Hendry, he clears up everytime.

I'm a follower of the snooker. Found the first one by accident couple of year ago, and been hooked since. Haven't got the newest one, and I don't think I'll bother, cos the one I've got now (2003) is brilliant already, and it has pool, so why would I need to buy the new one? Unless it comes with a free snooker cue or something else worth 40 quid. All I use it for is a quick game with me mates.
