I bought one last week, it's excellent. I prefer it to the PS2 pad which I find too small and it's a lot better than the Xbox 1 controller because the black + white buttons are up on the shoulders.

Yeah you have to configure it before you play, but that takes less than a minute.
Personally I have black as RB and white as LT, makes it easier to change strategies/do super cancel.

I have it as well, and because I have a high-powered laptop, I feel like I have a 360 in my house without actually owning one.
The controller is impeccable. Among the very best I've ever used for console or computer.
It's not wireless, but the cord is very long (9 feet or so), which is nice. There is NO delay to the screen with buttons or using the analog stick.
To sum it up: Get this controller. Now.
