xbox 360 option files via online?

i did a quick search but didn't see a definitive answer for this...

has it been confirmed whether option files will be able to be traded/downloaded for the xbox 360?

i'd like to have the correct names, kits, stats, but am not willing to pay $ for xport hardware.

anyone know if this will be possible? thanks

I was wondering if a 64MB memory card would be enough to put the option file on, as i have the Memory stick USB converter

now that the game is out in the EU, whats the answer to this? can option files be traded via xbox live?
