Xbox 360 Xploder issues

Hi

Long one for my 1st post but i hope you can bear with me.
I purchased the Xbox 360 Xploder cheat saves and installed it today. I only bothered as i want to transfer the PES2008 option files to my 360. I am constantly having the same issue.
When i have the software open it is not recognizing the 360 memory unit. All the drivers are installed for the memory unit and windows is recognizing it.
When the software is open, In the box (saves on Xbox 360 memory unit) there is no text at all when the 360 memory unit is connected.
However when i disconnect the memory unit from the PC a text message " no xbox360 memory unit is connected" pops up!
The memory unit has been formatted by the 360, and it has 3 valid saves on it. So i dont know what the issue is.
I removed and reinstalled the software several times, and i even used a system restore point from yesterday so to double check.
And still its the same issue. Any help advice at all would be great.
Thanks in advance

i had the same problem, so i contacted the xlpoder guys by email. they replied with the following instructions. i followed the instructions and it worked out.

1. Right click the "My computer" icon on your PC and select "Properties"

2. Go to the "Hardware" tab

3. Click "Device Manager"

4. A list of the devices installed on your PC will be shown, the XBOX 360 Cable should be in the USB section (look for anything called XBOX 360). It will have a small yellow icon next to it with a question mark meaning it hasn’t been installed correctly. Simply select that, and press delete.

5. After deleting and making sure the XBOX 360 cable and yellow question marks are gone, simply reinsert the cable.

6. When inserting the cable and memory card a dialog box appears asking for the drivers, ensure the software CD is in the drive, and install the drivers from the CD. There are 3 sets of drivers that have to be installed.
