Just say your 18. If you say your under 18 you also have to put credit card details for your parents and it's alot of hassle. Also under 18's don't get to use MSN on the xbox.

I think you have to change your DOB through your actual hotmail rather than on the console itself. Then it will update.

It's roughly £38 for an Xbox Live Account (for 1 year) and I believe you can buy it through the Xbox Live Marketplace using a Credit or Debit Card.

IGN have said that the official release date for Stranglehold in the US has been delayed till 05/09/07 which is about a 2 week delay for it should of come out around the 22nd, so I can't see it coming out on the 7th in the UK still, so I think it has been delayed by a few weeks in the UK as well, maybe play.com were right afterall...
