XBOX LIVE Second Half Lag!! Anyone else!?

i've played in over 10 matches over XBOX live and in almost all of the matches the 1st half has been lag-free, completley flawless. however, in EVERY single game the 2nd half has been laggier than shit! To the point where the players warp across the screen! I have yet to play a SINGLE second half not battered down by lag (almost 15 matches) -- ANyone have any clue??

I have been playing PES 5 Online. Your problem is a common experience so far. It usually occurs in the second half when you are hosting. Only Konami can explain.

Where are you located? Is your experience base on playing with players within the same country or other continents?

What is your download and upload speed?

im on a cable modem, located in the Bay Area California (berkeley).

I had that happen to me REALLY bad last night. I had to quit the game, because it was so bad. The guy I was playing scored like two goals right away at the start of the second half, because I couldn't controll my players. The first half was perfect, but the second was just unbearable. I'd rahter take the quit than sit through that. Anyway, I can't believe you get a loss if you disconnect in the Kit Selection screen. Lame. The cheezers are already crawling out of the wordworks here in the States. People are pretending to be average teams and then switching to Brazil or Barcelona when you select your team.:no:

I have had no problems and I am playing on a wireless set-up. I only had one issue against this guy who kept having a dirty disk error which caused the load times to increase.

Other than that, perfect. Konami did a great job!

You should check the Online section for the explanation to why this happens. There's only about 300 threads about it.

And try to open threads related to online play in the Online section.
