Question: Of all the leagues I've seen so far, they seem to all be for club sides? Am I the only one interested in playing with national teams?

Which do you think should be the universal settings for online league/cup matches?

I'm thinking, 10 mins, 5*.
Not sure about which form arrows would be best.
All arrows the same is fair. Random makes it a bit more interesting but leaves scope for people to complain if they lose. If you're Arsenal and Henry is on a gray/down arrow for you, you'll complain too.
And if both your keepers happen to be on bad form, you've as well as lost the game already.

No pausing the game except for when the ball is off the pitch or out of play (free kicks, goal kicks, etc).

I'm hoping that the online matches allow both players to use whichever camera they prefer and don't force them both to use the same one.

Any ideas or opinions?

i do like suggestions 'bout the pause button, and camera, but club teams are coolest :)
hope youll be able to play with shirt on your optionfile though, i think you should just play with whatever arrows youre squad has been dealt!! thats my point of view, what i do hope, is when youre winning the other player wont pause all the time! thatll be so annoying!
maybe an idea to play with 4 (2vs2) all online so i for example play with zygalski against 2 others, that would be awsome!

it would even be better if there could be 22 people on server and all play with one player/position lolz, thatll be great, good for teamwork and makes it qutie realistic

well we dont what will be included till the xbox version is actualy out none of us know or have even played the xbox version yet to know what options are available - after all it is konami and they can be stupid at times :p

In theory, yes, it would be very good. In practice, however, It would be the complete opposite:

1. You would get Cristiano "I'll do it on my own" Ronaldo wannabes.
2. People would maybe have to quit. What do you do in that case?
3. There would be a severe amount of ball chasing rather than Zonal Play or Man Marking.
4. If a person missed a shot, they would get lumps knocked out of them by their teammates.

youre right bonzinho, but that also happens with real football ;) like i said :), and yeah the players leaving is a good point to be honest!! but ey, its cool to play as team and forfill your task in the team, would be great, but yeah, theree are some flaws offcourse, but i think it could work, :) same with solo people, well it happens :)
but yeah, most probably youre right, its wuite hard now!
