It runs just a tiny little bit slowers and that it just sooooooooooooooooo fucked up!
It just plays diffrent, I was used to the other...

Further, good that the lag i less and quitters are out of the game...

Just been playing my new patched PES quality!! A bit slower but hey at least you know where your players are going and what they are doing. Plus that horrid feeling you used to have in the 85th minute with a lead has gone.
Screw all you cheating gits!! Where's your precious rating gone?? Was it worth it?? Was it?? Hhahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!

I also have noticed a couple more glitches in the game since installing the patch.

I don't know if it's related, but on two occasions when the whistle is blown for a foul, the referee GLIDED over to where the free-kick was awarded.

It made me laugh.

The patch is an absoloute waste of time.

the point of the patch was what exactly?

i ask because i have just played about 7 /8 games, and if anything the lag is worse than before.

i played some bloke called clarke2006 or something and the whole thing crashed as i was in his pen area, next thing i know he is celebrating scoring a goal and i get the reply of him celebrating.
The whole game seems less responsive now(bloody irritating) and this game i played , i had to quit at half time cos it was the most unplayable game ever.(first time i have ever quit by the way!)
i was amazed i only lost 2-0 cos i had no control whatsoever over my players.
anyway i suppose he will be happy with his 3-0 win.

should'nt there be an option in the first 5 mins to quit the game due to a bad connection?with no penalty.
it would save a lot of time and pain if a connection is just totally unplayable?

I have played it 3 times, and it seems ok.

The goalie done 'the glide' when i was playing and made me laugh.

I am not sure who has hosted the game though, so can't really say if the lag is still there.

Why havent any of konami’s websites reported that the patch for xbox is out yet, they did it straight away when the pc patch was out? You think theres any chance of there still be something more to come?

Interesting:

Just letting you lot know i found out today from a member of the board (will credit when i remember the board name ) that the patch wasnt even suppose to be out! When asked why is there so many new problems with the new patch they replied "wot patch,it aint out yet", and the member said yes it is. Konami replied saying that it was still in testing process as they wanted to optimize the code as they knew it had problems, so who released the patch you may ask MICROSOFT. Konami has assured us that they will be rectifying the problem asap and apologize to all their loyal fans

But how can this be?? Now i dunno how this works, but don't konami need to first present the patch to microsoft? How can microsoft release it without Konami's consent? I may be talking gibberish but perhaps someone can explain this? if not, then I am mystified.

Even worse with this patch, complete Crashes in some of the games I was playing. now Quitters have stopped, bt what about ppl that need to quit due to Lag, thy should put an option in where we have the option to quit in beginning of game.

it would be good if they included a connnection info bar / metre like they do in other games, ie Top spin etc, that would help with knowing whether you would get lag.

Zyg, its playing like a dog!! whats going on??? played better for me anyways as client, BEFORE the patch. Feels slow as host too. Whats the deal???

Edit: F**K this patch, its damn worse now!! keeps freezing. had enough.

I thought the patch was good as my first game I romped it and they guy stuck it out

THEN......then on the second game it froze on the loading screen, after 2 minutes still nothing so had to reset Xbox...a default loss for me

The 2 other games it froze when trying to take a corner, all controls stopped responding apart from Left analogue stick, so all i could do was look left and right

At least the opponent quit both times when that happend but it still sucks

Yep playing today and i can just say that its all over the place. Sometimes its fine, or too slow, too quick, jumpy, laggy with crashes. Its full of bugs as far as I am concerned.
