If you have a new xbox slim with the pointless 4gb (actually 3gb) of memory and therefore cant have a full option file this may help you...

this is not my vid just the one I came across when searching for a solution to my problem. I have done this myself and it is very simple and works fine for me.
So basically if you have an older version of the 360 hdd you can use this in your new slim. I used my 20gb hdd from my 2nd hand xbox and sorted... all the kits 4 me.
If you have'nt got an old 360hdd then i'm sure they're alot cheaper to buy than a new slim 250gb hdd (£80)!!
