to my knowledge chant relinking has not been done yet... but what can be done is importing chants into the cs0d file. By importing the chants you can give several licensed teams real chants (united united is getting really old <g>). However some teams are not assigned specific slots in the cs0d file. To get these teams to have chants anyway, you can import chants over the generic sounds slots, and the assign them to the team of your choosing which wasn't assigned a chant slot before.

I made the slots bold which you could assign to teams without chant slots. Each of the 5 original chant slots contain 5 separate chant slots. This implies that you can import 5 different chants for 5 different teams of your choosing.
What you need to do is dl a chantpack. these chants will be in mp3 format. use any mp3-wav converter (i use power audio converter). now convert you chants to wav. next download adxencd.exe (http://files.filefront.com/ADX+encoder/;3627398;/fileinfo.html).
for info on how to create adx files out of the wav files so that the xbox360 can play the sounds http://pes4.edgegaming.com/pes08editmusic.html. (thanks ajay).
Now that you have all the chants in the adx form. you simply have to import them. I use AFsexplorer for this.(http://files.filefront.com/AFSExplorer/;3757520;/fileinfo.html). To do this first open your pes.iso with ggs. then extract the cs0d file. now open afsexplorer. import the cs0d file.

Unnamed_324-328 = Original (Applause Based)
Unnamed_329-333 = Original (Drumming Based)
Unnamed_334-338 = Original (Cheering Based)
Unnamed_339-343 = Original (Normal Tempo)

then import over the slots you want to assign to the team. I chose the first slots and imported arsenal chants over them. Then close afsexplorer and import the cs0d back into the pes.iso with ggs. burn and play with chants
here are 5 example files: These are for arsenal. I downloaded the mp3 chants and the converted them, put them over the original(applaude based). Then i assigned them ingame to arsenal (team edit, chearing stance, pattern and look for the original applause based). (note when proof sound checking in the edit mode ingame, the old chant will be heard, however when playing a game the new chants will be played )
dl arsenal adx files (simply import these over the unnamed files in cs0d.)
