Yeah i did: my own edits done on my Xbox are in it. About the save: It's the name of the button in horizon. Did something went wrong with the decrypting? How can i check that that part went well?

To me, it sounds like something is going wrong during the rehashing process. I don't see anything about 'saving' on mine. You just take the re-built Xbox EDIT.bin (with the new savegame.txt replacing the old one) and drag/drop it onto the bar in Horizon which says "Drag & drop file here to rehash and resign," wait for it to say it was successful, then drag that same EDIT.bin file from the folder into the USB, as displayed on the right of Horizon. It's weird though, as from what you've said, it seems like you've done everything right. The USB is configured on the Xbox, right? To a minimum of 512mb? Actually it must be, because you said you've got the kits working.

Actually... every time I replace my EDIT.bin file though, I delete the one on the console first, so that the copied one is a clean install. Maybe try that? (Make sure you have the original EDIT.bin backed up first though!) - I seem to remember having a problem with this before, might be that!

Yeah I did the rehashing part different but I did it now your way and still the message that the edit data is corrupted. I also deleted the file on the console first. My USB stick is 4gb. Btw I'm using Datapack 4.0, does that matter? How can I see that the decryption is succesfull other that the messagebar in te decrypter? When I open the savegame.txt (the edited one that is converted back) with notepad I see only Japanese text and when I open the unedited savegame.txt I can actualy see names in western alphabet.

Hmm.. there isn't any need to open the savegame.txt - maybe that is having an effect on it. This is strange. Do you have a working, editable PC version of the file? Let me try converting it back for you. PM me a link to it or something.

I've downloaded some classic kits but I don't know how to add them to my console since it are only the .png files. How can I add them since I don't have the PS3 files I guess.
