i doubt the full edit mode now

An Xbox 360 release is present and scheduled for 27th October, featuring next-gen, Hi-Definition graphics and more animations, but gameplay similar to the console versions and according to a recent interview with Seabass, the edit mode has been stripped down for the 360 release, due to technical restricitons. A new DS version is set, with gameplay and graphics reminiscent to the Playstation Pro Evolution Soccer games. The graphics engine is uncertain on the PC whether it will utilise the next-gen 360 engine or be a direct conversion of the PlayStation 2 engine, but is likely to utilise the Playstation 2 engine.

Lets face facts guys, this version of Pro Evo is a tester run to see how they can adapt it to the 360, its not a fully next-gen version, and all the moans and complains about, oh theres no edit mode blah blah, personally i don't really care since i dont spend extensive time editing anyway. I may download the occassional option file or patch, make the occassional change to strip styles of players hair face etc thats all, i'm not in the habit of caring about anything other than the way the game plays. As long as its good old Pro Evo realism, thats all that matters. So i mean, come on guys, lets all grow up and stop moaning, to say a game is half assed because the developers left stuff out that was difficult to include in a new format. They got plenty of time to work on it for the true next gen version, Pro Evo 7, so who really cares, this is a quick look into what can be, not what is. The first step in a next gen PES, lets embrace it and give it a proper playthrough before we judge. Oh, PES 6 360 is available for LEGAL Download on Usenext.

i cant stop playing fifa 07 ON 360, ITS awesome im a die hard pes fan but i always test fifa every year to see if they have improved this year i will buy and going on the pes feedback ill wait and see what more people think.
i downloaded the fifa 07 demo on the 360 market place and i cant stop playing it, goals and movement is individual now, goals are all differnt players move like the real players like how ronaldo runs like a gazzele to rooneys strenght holding plers of and ronladinho is so graceful with the ball like an artist.
if pes doesnt have the edit modes and uptodate rosters and replay saves many will not buy it fifa has all this in there game and playes like pes and will have better graphics and all the sponsers,

i believe Pes has hit a low patch since PES4 the game has not really improved at all, they need to revamp the gaame get more animations and get more leagues and divisions and for goodness sake change the points money system to pounds or dollars or euros i dont care

there is alot of people that dont know much about soccer games and see fifa and pes and buy fifa cos of the name and the marketing they do on it around the world and the people who buy pes buy it cos they know its the best game but for fact now its not the best on the next gen console i feel the game play on fifa is a step ahead of pes now after fifa remade there game with 1400 NEW animations the game looks almost real and the gameplay is nothing like ps2 version fifa or even wc2006 on 360 fifa has changed for good and is better.

Its good though cos now the next PES will be better for this competetion,

Have any of you played fifa 07 360?

Yea i played it, and i really think your overexagerrating, I thot it was ok, but like all Fifa games, cept 95, I got bored of it and stoped playing after an hour. I just dnt think its that good, I'm not a PES fan boy or anything, just in my opinion, Fifa 07 is a small step up from EA but not a huge leap. Lets face it theres a lot of stuff in there thats "Borrowed" from PES. Oh and PES has more animations, they are just subtle, not like Fifa, the master of blurryness. I always thot Fifa, yea sponsored, but the sponsors looked blobby, but with PES if you patch you're own sponsors etc they look as clear as day. Who cares bout 360 editing, lets face it, the 360 version is for 1 thing really and thats Online play/multiplayer ;)(only thing i woryy bout is no transfers) Remember what happens every year, I hate the new PES blah blah, but once ya get used to it, it turns out to be awesome, whereas with Fifa if you give it a chance you realise how dull and shite it really is.

"An Xbox 360 release has been sheduled for 25th October launch but shops were misinformed and told it was the 27th October" interesting, might we see it early?

read this from that wikipedia link
A Bundesliga license was supposed to happen but Konami were forced to remove the Bundesliga license, which means the Bundesliga will not be present in PES6, not even as a series of unlicensed teams.
looks like pes6 were going to have the bundesliga fully liscensed but fifa stopped them most probably
