A friend of my Dad went to the show and he said that Konami hav'nt said if you will be able to play Matches agaisnt each other OR just play penilties or submit your scores!!!

i went to Game today in hounslow and asked one of the Big Fellas there when pes4 was coming out on the xbox, he said in november after the ps2 one which is comin out in october. he said that they were implementing online play and that it blows the ps2 version "out of the water" he basically said it was now an xbox game that was on the ps2!! he said it will have better graphics NO slowdown (so i think he knew what he was talkin about) and that it would jus play better!!!

i almost wet myself!! but then i thought how does he kno all this?? but i came here and there was all this news about xbox live so it must be true!! i wanted to talk to him more but then my m8 called so i had to go. i'l probably go back c if he has any imformation on the online play!!

i also had negative thoughts, y would konami sell out on the ps2 and basically turn pes4 into an xbox game due to the japanese connection and all the reported problems between microsoft and konami??!!

thank god bill gates has all that money to tempt them.........i think wat we are witnessing is the MAIN developers recognising that they can make better games on the xbox and thus get their name recognised and become richer!!!

Just had a look on play.com and looked at pes4 for the x box and found this had just been added

o i forgot to add to my post that he also sed that they shud have the official lisence by early 2005 so expect a patch!!! ps b4 any1 thinks im lyin y wud i??.......but i cant say he (at the shop wasnt)!! sorry guys this isny 100% official jus what he sed!

So since you say there might be patches, Konami might even publish updated option files maybe?

OK, now for the rant! I know i used to be like this but why do most users have to take the minimalists approach to posting? Try and be a bit more creative in future, all you SPAMMERS!

Anyway. Bonzo, yeah I meant as downloadable content. It wouldn't be so hard to do, when they get new liscenses they'd update an option file to include proper names/new faces etc..

Fake shots it seems. It says "An" exhibition instead of "an" exhibition, just like it was in the patched/translated japanese version of the PS2's Winning Eleven 8. And the logo on the top right seems to be the WE8 logo aswell instead of the PES logo.,,,

Xbox Live is confirmed. You'll see if you go HERE

As for the logo, they won't change it. The only thing they really changed in the menus from WE7 to PES3 was the text being moved to the right and the name of the WE/PES shop. What's on the badge anyway? If it's "WEFA" then they probably won't change it.

I'm not talking about it supporting Xbox live. I'm debating to what extent will it be used. These shots do seems convincing, but you'll just have to wait and see. Why didn't the in Eurogamer just cycle to the Live menu and checked it out? Was it unchoosable??

I think they only have that info from someone who works there who was at the gamestars live event. I think he just rang his co-workers up and told them there as xbox live on PES4.
