I don't think the shots are fake.

If Konami can produce a game with the phrase "Loss Time" in it, I don't think they'll be fretting too much over the correct use of capital letters.

I think you are suggesting that someone has pasted the bar which says "Play An Exhibition..." over the top of a legitimate photo. I think this would be quite difficult to do from three different angles, whilst looking very convincing each time.

As for the logo, this might be explained by the second picture which says "70% complete". That 30% could be fine tuning things like correct grammar, spellings and logos.

I remember going to playstation experience last year and playing an incomplete PES3. It felt and looked different to the retail version.

You might be correct, but as you say we'll all have to wait and see.

I think the pictures are not false. My god, I haven't got a X-box... Damn I want it too.... Going to buy one in november after the release of PES4 on the X-box. Then I got 3 copies of this game (WE8 PS2;PES4 PS2;PES4 X-Box).....

What is the obsession with online gaming. I believe i will rather play against my mates whose faces i can see when i put 3 goals past them than some on the other side of the world who i dont know. Well on the plus side it does give you the chance to play people with different playing styles. Anyways i will be sticking to the PS2 version because it has being tried and tested with the pad rather than the brick the x-box has.

ever thought about getting a micro con pad for the xbox. btw, online is good because when your friends are not around you can still find a game against someone else. for instance, if your friends are on holiday or something

i own both PS2 and Xbox. I have to say that the controller S is no brick like the standard original xbox controller was. infact, its the best controller ever made. very comfy. and perfect for every genre.

Agreed. I believe most people that say these things about the S controller are really talking about the original xbox controller or didn't give the S controller a good try. Keep in mind that every time you try a new controller, you need to get used to it. S controller is among the best I've used.

they work for gaming mags and the fact about it is that they have signed contracts that say they are not allowed to reveal this to the public hence it not being in any magazines etc. if MS and Konami were to find out that the info had been leaked then it would be troubled for the mag so they can spit it out. Its in the same way that many mags new about PES4 on the Xbox weeks before there was an official statement

Cheap way to console yourself ozzie66. Do not forget that xbox version is not just online. You can play your friends and watch their faces same way as on PS2. You can even plug your PS2 controller into xbox. And that brick controller you mentioned is not being made anymore. Check out the S controller, which is now standard for xbox.

Offline playing, hmmmmm, I don't know about you my friend, but after all these years of ISS PRO EVO 1 and 2, WE 3,4,5,6,7,8 and PES 1, 2, 3, I got TIIIIIREEEED of JUST playing my mates or computer, it is FUN, but doesn't last that long anymore. New version of WE/PES brings few more things which are interesting first couple of months, and then, THATS IT, waiting for next year's installment... Every year you get new AI, which is NEVER perfect and again after few months the game becomes BORING even on 5-6 stars. Patching just prolonges the life of the (same) game again for just few weeks, but NOTHING SPECTACULAR.
This game needed just that, SPECTACULAR, and online is BULLSEYE. There are way too many advantages and it would last very long to justify online option on PES. Just imagine for instance that you can play any person on this site, and even more anyone who has LIVE and PES4. Downloadable kits, balls, updated teams, etc... Online gives enormous potentian to this game, for me at least.
