I managed to get top of the league with this team but got defeated in the playoffs (though i guess i would get annihalated in the first division). I recently bought Pilniack, Novotny and Fadiga for next season and may sign Kiraly if all goes well with negotiations.

You all seem to largely neglect the classic players. After much play testing, it is my opinion that the ultimate 5*ML team should be a customized attacking 3-5-2.

You also need to back them up with a squad of equally proficient players eg. Socrates, Baresi, Cruyff etc. until you can cover all eventualities such as having multiple players suspended and injured.
The only way to sustain them is to win everything every season but with that side you've got no excuse not to!

I agree with oyu in getting cash for jersey sales, I hope PES4 would have it.
Doesn't need to be so detailed, just at every half-season, ML team should receive cash for sales of jerseys, balls, sponsors (why doesn't PES 3 have this?), fines for players, and especially, ticket sales for the enormous crowd turning up for each CL match you contest in.

Yeah it would be cool but actually I meant it as a joke/cynical comment. I mean that economically, we all know that Jorge Valdano is just buying players that can sell more shirts, even though Real are DESPERATE for a decent defender.
