I would but I'm working til 5pm! and there is no GAME near my work! so might have to stick with them! they have been good in the past with games! i got Dirt 2 on the Wednesday before it's release!

Anyone else buying from Zavvi, that has had this email also?

I am worried about not getting my game on Friday too.

Argos (yes Argos) said that they will contact me on the 4th November to to arrange a suitable time for the game to get dropped off at my house.

The I replied "Does that mean I wont get the game on the release date" and they keep avoiding the question and reply.

Edit- Hold the phone. Just got a reply saying I WILL receive the game on release date FREE and by 1st Class Posting, HOWEVER, if I do not get the game on the day on Friday due to the postal strike then they are not responsible.

So I asked them if I could pick it up in store and I am waiting for a reply. Lets hope for good news.

Didn't xavvi go into admin? Im gonna hope that Tesco get it in for 00.01 friday morning. I was told they will but will have to wait and see. If not it will be an early bus ride to game/hmv/gamestation or asda (all in the same area).

I got status change from Awating stock pick to Awaiting Dispatch .

Yes finally , Hopefully I will get game my game by next week since I am living in U.S.

I will post screenshot later today .


I also got a message from Zavvi said that My game ready to to be sent .

I just got the dispatched e-mail message a few hours ago. I'm in San Antonio, Texas (not exactly a soccer haven), but still hopefull I'll receive it by early next week.

I never heard anything good or bad about Zavvi. Like many others, I couldn't get ShopTo to accept my credit card for pre-order.

OK did u order PC version as well ? Also did u get email from gmail also . What do they say ? My status at their website show Awaiting dispatch , but I don't receive any emails from them .Weird ?

Sorry you haven't received confirmation of your order yet. I ordered the PS3 version. I just took a chance on Zavvi. If you live in the UK, do you know what their general reputatation is? Here's a copy of the e-mail.

I have my confirm said that it dispached meaning sent to my house . I live in USA SO i should get in 7 days which is next week for sure .

I will give more detail after I receive my game .

Other people that live in USA don;t worry , you will receive your game .


For people in UK u know what to do since I don't live there, I can't help .

The only thing I know that my game is dispatched - sent . today 21/10/2009
