just wondering because im not to sure how im going to get it yet i want to order it but the postal strikes may mess it up. and i want to get it as soon as it comes out. so any help would be appreciated. sorry if there is already a thread. you can delete this if necessary. ;)

your prolly too late to order it and get it b4/on release now coz sites like play sort and ship on a 1st come 1st serve basis although i havent had any word from royal mail that there are going to be strikes.this weeks were cancelled as it goes.

Getting my version from HMV for about £7!
Just took back the blu ray dvd's i got w/ my ps3 when i bough it from hmv, no questions asked (just don't take them both bak at the same time, a tad suspicous lol) and i got £43 worth of gift cards :D

im gonna stroll in to the electronics boutique, ask them for pes, pay and walk away.

im usually one of the first to buy it from the store, the bloke knows me as the guy who always ask for pes dates...i called once and whne i asked for the manager the staff said so.

Does it really matter if you get the game as early as possible? I mean you get 364 days time to play the bloody video-game, and God forbid you could only play it 363 days! :ninja:

Can't afford it just bought FIFA 08. It'll probably be sold out anyways. Some of ya'll would be surprised to know that it was difficult getting FIFA 08 here, for any system as it was sold out herein most stores, considering I live in Toronto,Ontario,Canada where there really isn't much interest for football let alone footballing games. PES will be hard to get here even if I do have the money. Curs-ed highly populated cities you know?

Yeah i live in Croydon....not too sure..... my house has been getting post regularly and packages we have ordered have come on time.....so i assume so

You shouldn't have a problem with the deliveries anymore. It's only in the areas of the country where the wildcat strikes have taken place that people will be affected.

I won't be buying the game until at least November when I go home for a weekend and bring my tele back up to my Uni.

i pre-order family guy season6 and got it on tueday (one day after the release date and i did order it in about a week in advance but thats when the postal strikes where still on. not too sure know because with play you normally get it a day before. (i did with fifa08(which is shite lol)) i think i might take the risk ;) lol

sully your getting it on Wednesday? i thought its released on friday? :p

thanks barry i think i will. :) is there anynews as on when the day of the release is because they say its a friday but last year and the year before that it was out a day before wasnt it?
