u could prob put it down as cheatin but in de master league wen de season is over and your playin friendlys play against all de selection teams(the world team,european team etc.)its a glitch dunno if it happened any1 else but der keepers take all de free kicks and corners so if u wana score from long range give away corners and break quickly but its stil a bit tricky cos a player generaly tracks bak 2 try stop your shot but wit some1 wit good enough stats your sorted.does any1 no how 2 unlock dos teamsa actually de world team and d elikes?

Yeah, I've noticed that too, with the keepers taking the corners.

I've scored once against them with Hamsik. It was a ridiculous goal because Hamsik stretched and toe poked it from my own half.

i scored a great goal from the halfway line with SHOCKINGLY wright-phillips! i did save it so i got proof. i was near the sideline but basically halfway. i held down circle to cross to the otherside of the pitch for drogba but it went in. it was a amazing goal. shame it was a accident

Basically, in PES 2008, 90% of the super long range goals are goalkeepers fault. what do you guys think?

goal keepers taking free kicks

yeah in pro evo 6 ML one teams keeper always took the free kicks, I guess coz of his FK accuracy. I would always give away free kicks when playing them, then try to score it was pretty damn entertaining as well!!!

2 of mine are against my mate the other one is against the computer it doesnt matter if you play a human or computer the keeper still comes out of his box just look at the radar when you are on the counter attack if the keeper is near the semi circle on the 18 yrd box press long pass all the way (full) then r2 or rt depending which computer your playing on it helps if your player is sprinting

i have done! i scored from 53m jus over the halfway line with anderson i used :R2:+ :circle:, I waited til the golakeeper was on his 18 yard box and hit it from the left hand side of the half way line and it floated over him was amazing! :w00t

All da goals i scored are against Top Player AI on ps3. Actually it's not that difficult, i just press R1+O and direction, and i think you need to sprint a little bit, that helps, just make sure other teammates are all behind you, otherwise you will pass to them instead of shooting, and remember, do not release R1 after shooting, just keep holding it, thats what i do.
