PSP option file?

Is anyone planning to work on a North American PSP option file? If so, I'm happy to collaborate.

As a start, I would like to get all the EPL kits updated. Unfortunately, although PES2009 can import PES2008 option files, the kits are not imported. We will need someone with a PS2 version of PES2009 to add the correct emblems, then transfer it to the PSP version. If someone can add the emblems and tweak the number/letter colors and position on the PS2 version (not possible with the PSP Edit mode), I can do the actual kits.

Question: I installed 1.10 but I'm stuck on the loading screen anyone else have this problem...and compliments on the OF haven't tried it yet, but the fact you realized it within a day is amazing

EDIT: NVM rebooted the system and all is fine...

Ok, so anyone that has played online can anoyone answer what the blinking tear drop by your name which for me is always orangy' means? Is that your level of connection? What is it?

Yeah, strange. Not sure why Konami would delay the exact same thing they got in Europe.

I believe once 1.20 iss installed you will see a new menu option in system settings called "Download Content". If you see that you know you can get the new data for rosters etc.

apparently it prompts you to get an update first...i was reading a thread. when you boot up itll be just like the 1.10 update but after 1.20 installs THEN you go to system settings in the game and hit download
