I think they have added an update info on the konami website under online information mentioning the download but I don't see a link to the website similar to the UK one. I'm assuming it's underway. fingers crossed

SO has anyone played a Green-Green match online yet? Meaning your oppenent and your isgn of connection is both green? Has the online mode improved in that sense? So far i've only played me red, and my opponent yellow, which is damn laggy! But that is...well with reason. LOL

I've played online and haven't experience lag at all I'm a yellow connection and I've played yellow/greens and haven't had problems...6 gamess I've played but I will say defending online is fucken horrible...

If your PS3 is connected to the internet, and the PSnetwork, then it should recognize there is an update for the game and download it automatically.

im making an option file for ps3 it will have:

**all correct player names(already did it)
**bayern munich and werder bremen as pes and we united but im using players stats from pes 08 for guys not in the game.
**updated transfers
**all correct club names.(already did it)

thats sounds good Dude especially Bayern I was gonna try and make the team on my own time. I could imagine that the konami patch for transfers is'nt that far off otherwise thats a daunting task to update those rosters...

Quick couple of questions guys, is anyone making an North American OF for 360 or is everyone who says they are workin on one here mean ps3? Also does anybody know if u can upload chants for 360 and how its done? Thanks a lot.

us version..........

Konami will HAVE to release a update to the us for all the up to date transfers and updated and licensed spanish teams. The Euro 1.20 wont work with the US version correct, BUT Konami should be release a 1.20 for the North American release.

It would be silly if they didnt.

I used a unfinished one that MGGametight was starting while I was working, And I'm editing it myself. Almost have La Liga done etc.. I doing it my way.. if i cant find 09 kits, i'm basing things on 08 kits and what i think looks decent etc.

We are glad to hear that you enjoy the PES series, however, we do not have any information on the release of a patch for PES09 for the US versions. Please keep In mind, the European Version of PES and the US version of PES are not the same. Both games will not receive the same Patches/Updates due to them being different version and being on different servers.

In regard to your question, should there be an update, your PLAYSTATION®3 will be prompted to update the system.

So your telling me that because Europe's version is different then the North American you may not be releasing a content update... meaning all the players are on the correct teams and also Komani said 4 more teams would be fully licensed in this update. WHY would they not release this for us as well?

Their response to that was:

At this point Konami America does not have information on when there will be a patch/update for PES09 for the US version. This game was currently released for the US, and it will take time for updates and patches. Please keep in mind the European version have been out for a few weeks.

Konami America is not stating, there will not be a release of a patch for the US version. Users will have to be patience, as we look into this matter.
