EA Germany have confirmed that the bundesliga is exclusive to FIFA

it's netherlands, but if you translate it it basically says that most people thought that Bundesliga will be in PES 10 but EA Germany came out saying that they hold exclusive rights to Bundesliga 1 and 2. And that german people wanting to play with their favourite team in the Bundesliga should rather buy FIFA.

I'm not sure I believe that. I don't believe Konami would implement them in the game if they had been denied the rights to include them.

Yeah, well they kinda sound negative about it, but every time something negative is said, they always mention that the game was only 50% complete. I'm not sure if that is promising or just an excuse now.

As long as I enjoy it, that's all that should matter, but I don't want "hype" being the rise and fall of games thesedays, quite like FIFA09. It's a good game, but I've heard too many people say silly things such as labelling it "the best football game ever" and whatnot - no it's not, it's just a great FIFA effort. I thoroughly enjoyed FIFA97 more to be perfecetly honest, but that's not here nor there.

Fifa 09 is very decpetive short term, I honestly thought it was the best thing id played first couple of weeks, but then the bugs begin to show up. In that respect you have a point in regards to reviews which are based on short term gameplay.

I did read the bits of the article on scans and from what I can remember, PSM3 were not that blown away by the game. (pes2010)

Im also not sure about that version of PES being a 50% build though, will be interesting to see how much different they think the demo is.

Fifa reckon they now have an 80% build ready and that was announced and probably worked on atfer pes 2010.

Strange considering it was already announced that the Bundesliga will be in PES2010. Even if it isn't licensed Konami can include it surely, and the option files makers can just get to work and make it almost as good, probably better in some departments as well. As long as the German league is included in one way or another that'll be a bonus.

Thinking about it though, surely Konami could steal some lesser promoted leagues since their licenses would be cheaper - more Konami budget. Even having the current leagues, and then possibly through in the Croatian top flight, Turkish top flight and French League 2. These aren't major leagues, but in the grand scheme of things, they'd be a much welcomed boost to the "roster" of PES players, especially for the Master League - and with the "Random" function in Exhibition matches.

:lol: Yeah, Evo-Web might possibly sneak the scans on their forums as they seem to be less mainstream. Shame about it all though as WinningElevenBlog were leaking everything last year, from scans to videos to all sorts of information. I don't mind being surprised when it comes to release day though, I can get by on just a few leaked photos and information here and there.

You've hit the nail on the head there mate, spot on. When PES 2009 first came out, I didn't warm to it - quite like every PES game though - they take a week or so to begin enjoying them properly. I got bored after around 4 months of the game though, so after all the hype FIFA 09 received I just thought I'd buy it since it was under £20 (this was maybe March). I became bored of it after probably a month, I still play it round my mates houses from time to time, but only because the majority of them prefer it now to PES. I'm selling my FIFA 09 on Ebay this next week so hopefully I'll make around £15 for it if I'm lucky. There's just so many flaws in the game I cannot find it enjoyable, reminiscent of the quote: "jack of all trades, master of none".

I believe they said that bundesliga will be in pes. I find this to be hard to beleive because otherwise konami won't include them (if they were exclusive to fifa).

News:

- The journalist can't stop play, always ask "one last, one last" with fingers in blood
- Defender can do bicycle "velo" in defense
- new move, in french "aile de pigeon" http://media.melty.fr/media--image-1602 ... st_650.jpg
- new chest control with orientation
- ball physique = simply perfection !
- Photorealism faces (the journalist think the Messi and Torres are photoshoped... and it's like that in-game)
- with all settings you can be Mourinho, cards systems etc..

what in the last 40% ? (yes French says game finished at 60% and English at 50%)
- new visual filter not added yet, for more realism of shadows, lights, colors etc.. but it's already great
- new commentators (for French) official chants, better public reactions, balls impact
- alot of new animations and better transitions and stars personal moves.
- New IA for goalkeeper, position, reflex for referee too.
- Tactics on freekick
- PK system not yet finish on the 60% version, better analogic control and effect on the ball

yeah its from a french mag their are scans on the net, wide cam looks good and anfield looks excellent the grass is beautiful. cant post link on site but if u want i can pm or just search the net

Well, PSM3 stated the German league would be in the game. I take it will be like the old days where we had fake team names, but with actual players. That works for me. However, if they lose licenses for the Italian, French, Dutch and Spanish leagues, I'll be a little miffed.:realmad:

I would actually rather have no one licensed but all major leagues included. Licensed teams won’t let you do anything to them.

^Well with a good edit mode, that won't be a problem neither.

For the most part the game was below the magazine's expectations... and I don't think those guys have as big expectations as most of us here....
