there should be 2 files in the save folder of the patch, if you didnt find then you did not extract all files.

i allready had it on high quality.. but i testet even the medium and low quality and that did not help.. i'm almoust sure it has to do with the scorebord..
can u please tell me witch file is the scorebord?? so i can delete it and try a nother one. hopefully that might resolve my/our problem.

too bad guys the scoreboard did not work for you, to go back to default, delete this files:
from dt05_e.img folder:
- Scoreboard Exhebition_54.bin
from dt06.img folder:
- Scoreboard entrance_164.bin
- Scoreboard SYSTEM_168.bin
- Scoreboard SYSTEM_169.bin
- Scoreboard SYSTEM_170.bin
from dt05_e.img folder:
- Scoreboard Exhebition_54.bin
from dt06.img folder:
- Scoreboard entrance_164.bin
- Scoreboard SYSTEM_168.bin
- Scoreboard SYSTEM_169.bin

i have a problem with the patch.
I did all whats required:
- extracted the files from 1 to 6.
-overwrited the PES2010_EDIT.bin and PES2010_OPTION.bin into my documents/KONAMI/Pro evolution soccer 2010/save
- overwrited pes2010.exe and settings.exe
- went into kitserver map/manager and both of the files were attached.
now here comes the confusing part for me!!
there is the smoke patch 2.3 logo, but ass soon i PRESS A BUTTON to go to the menu bar, it says: [EDIT DATA] do you wish to overwrite this data?
what ever i pres YES or NO. i does the same, install a new addidas boot, and save!
when i go to edit team to see the results.
It shows me bundesliga with some players called, player 23, player 24 etc. arsenal is still called north london even if it's embelm is the right one. bosnian international is not right. and eredivisie clubs are in euro leaugue.
what do i do?!!

i'm runnin the game on laptop windows 7 and there aren't any problem as far i see. it runs it on the highest (1355x768) 683:384.

it seems that you have updated the game before, and whenever you start the game the update overwrite the patch files, you have to delete the download folder that causing the problem
in windows 7 the folder i think is here:
C:/ Program Data / KONAMI /Pro Evolution Soccer 2010/ download

i did updated the game because it asked me to, so i can play on the internet.. i believe it was patch pes 2010 1.3.
now when i go in system settings/download: it says there arent new downloads available.
i installed the game in another directories: computer/data D:
i downloaded your patch from your site (blog) via bitcomet.

just one more thing! can i create a player too ?
i downloaded also your editor program. could you make a manual for it
that could happen when u play ML and after it u install the patch, thats why i recommend start new ML with the 2.3, after the 2.3 there will be only updates (not full patch) which means no effect on the ML and BAL modes

I have reinstalled PES 2010, then the patch 2.3, started a new ML with CR Flamengo and... Adriano is still a goalkeeper!

I am on Vista and cannot erase the downloaded file(s)... I went through all your steps, I find the KONAMI > Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 > download > "deflot" (or something similar, I don't remember anymore)
But I can't erase it because it is on my PES disc!

Sorry I cannot help you with this as I do not play online and am using the no cd exe which probably wont allow you to play online, hopefully dido will be able to help here. There are still glitches in this patch with kits not relinked but still a great patch otherwise. maybe try reinstalling PES again and DO NOT download any updates, it's worth a try

in the polls made, only 3% of the votes uses online play, so we do not test or focus on online gaming for PES2010

The Sheffield Wednesday kit seems to be missing. Just a generic blank kit when you select the team. I can't remember if you said this would be the case in this patch though, until the next update...

The Sheffield Wednesday kit is on Sheffield United lol, I am working to relink this but I cannot promise it wont cause crashes, dido is the man as it is his patch:mellow:

yes there is a small error, to fix it do this:
open this file: map.txt
located in: Kitserver\GDB\uni
find this line:
372,"Club\Championship\Sheffield wed"
change the number from 372 to 286
save and close and it will be fixed.

Cardiff were not in ML but it's not a problem dido as I have switched them with Middlesbrough and can now play with a working Cardiff team in ML and no crashes yet
, great patch but noticed Bate Borisov is still causing problems, this time it crashes when choosing them in Exhibition:mellow: Cannot change Sheff Utd from Sheff Wed kit but will keep trying
