Testing your new patch, and it runs smooth, best part, Nacional can be selected!
Your scoreboard's pretty nice as well, although I'd still like to use FIFA's, but don't know how to change it lol.

I might not be dido (only in my dreams...) but I could still bring in my knowledge. After the use of the '09 version, I don't think you have to uninstall Konami fixes but it would be preferable to install PES SMoKE Patch on a clean, fresh copy of PES 10. Only to avoid some compatibility errors. Kits, names, scoreboard, menus... You want all the great job dido has put through his patch, so install on a new pes .exe file without any foreign patches except Konami's fixes.
It should be fine if you delete all foreign installs on your pes .exe file.

I'm a new player of PES and for me this is the best Soccer game in the world.
I'm keep updating my PES version. i'm using Konami 1.3v with option file from Sammy K_84 before SM release his Patch 2010 1.3v.
I keep track your forum and I believe this gona be the 1 of the best PES 2010 patch.
I just need 1 confirmation.
Since my PES 2010 has been updated to Konami 1.3v.
Do i really need to uninstall this version and install a new PES 2010 to use your patch? Isn't OK If I just delete all patch file including OF and replace with your file:unsure:

well its better to have a clean install to avoid any problems, but it should work without reinstalling, just be sure to delete any previous kitserver folders before copying the new one and follow the instruction carefully, things should works out fine

yes, if you have a previous smoke patch, delete old kitserver then copy new one, do not forget to copy the new save files.

Done. Now I'm Starting to become a legend with Smoke Patch:lol::lol:
Just wanna tell that after testing to patch both "PES10 Konami update 1.3v & PES10 Konami Fresh/Clean"
The result is different:
PES10 Konami 1.3v: Chelsea back to London FC and so many team back to the fresh name and the text also not standardize.
PES10 Konami Fresh/Clean:
If possible can you add MALAYSIA to the next update. huhu

frist the patch is great really, this year agian, you did it so thx.
i have allmost 20 faces, it's for Hapoel Tel Aviv and Maccabi Haifa, i saw 2-3 faces, made in high level, those teams dont have faces at all.
the faces are bin files, how can i insert them? i have space? with what edit program? thx

all face slots are used, u can edit and add or replace at your own risk, use pes 2010 editor, i have the link at first post under downloads.

mayb you know insted of replacing bin files, if there way to convert bin files to jpg file?, and then i can add it through edit mode.

I read some posts and replies and u mentioned a quick fix about some problems, but where can I find this quick fix ? I cant seem to find it.
My list of problems so far:
- Bundesliga emblem with Eredivie name and Bundesliga teams.
- Other league A filled with Eredivisie teams and other teams.
- I started playing an exibition match and all of the images were blank. Like, the radar was white, the arrow above your players head was white, the scoreboard was white, like there was no images.
- I cant seem to make a new player and I cant register a BAL player.
- I also dont see the startup Smoke patch logo when I started PES. (The Smoke patch 2.3 logo if it has one, like the 2.2 patch) but this isnt a big problem for me, just felt like saying it.
What I did :
Since some people said, to fix this, reinstall pes.
I've deleted all folders and uninstalled pes2010.
Installed 2010 again, threw your patch 2.3 in it, with the save folder at my documents so I followed all the steps that were required.
I dont know whats wrong with it. I didnt download or update manually.
I do have an illegal version of PES, but I dont know if thats a problem (?)
Thanks for reading and I hope Smoke himself or someone else could help me out here. (I frickin deleted my BAL player wich I liked just to fix these problems with the new patch rawrawr!! :x stupid)
Btw ; Im playing on a laptop with Medium Graphics, not Low nor High.

it seems the patch is not correctly installed, the SMoKE patch 2.3 should appear in the main screen, recheck your installation
Can't seem to find a problem in my installation to be honest.
- Clean instal of PES 2010
- Since its a illegal version, I used a crack wich came with the PES.iso
- Runned it once because then it automaticly makes a KONAMI folder in my documents with only 1 file in it (I believe thats settings.bin)
- Then I copy pasted Kitserver + pes2010.exe and settings to my Konami / pes folder in my program files. (default)
- Then I copy pasted the save files to my Konami folder in my documents wich replaced one of the files (I believe thats settings.bin)
- I've checked manager.exe to see if all were attached and it was. (since I cant press on attach, i asume that its allright)
- And then I ran pes2010.exe and the problems that ive mentioned in my previous post showed up.
Where is the problem and how to fix it ?
Any other recommendations, let me know please

the install instructions says copy the save files in the SAVE folder not konami folder, if you do not have a save folder in the konami folder in my documents then copy the whole save folder in konami folder
That is what I meant.
These are the files maps/files that I got in my documents wich contains PES.
KONAMI > Pro evolution soccer 2010 > save map and settings.dat
When I go into the save map I see:
- PES2010_EDIT.bin
- PES2010_OPTION.bin
These are the files that I found in your save folder.
(The readme says: PES2010_OPTION01.bin but there is no PES2010_OPTION01.bin in your patcher)
i have the same problem as d3m0n and postman87....
white bars above the player heads, the radar looks verry verry strange, can't see a thing...
i have deleted everything and reinstalled the game but did not help me...
I'm sure i did not do something wrong cuz i have used smoke patch in pes 09 and everything worked well.
even the other patches for pes 10 before 2.3 worked without problems.
This is the first time i see something like this...
don't know what to do. But i think it has something to do with the scorebord or something...
