The copa sounds wicked. Its great playing with clubs you wouldn't normally .

Just checked and the only face that doesn't actually appear to be real is that of the reserve goalkeeper Moreira.



EDIT: I've just lost my 2nd leg Copa play-off 1-0 in the closing minutes, which means I didn't even qualify for the actual Copa competition. :laugh:

how about the shooting? is as hard as the demo? are all the shots weak than PES11 demo?

I found the shooting in the demo alright after a while, it was more realistic in some senses as you needed to be in a good position in order to have a half-decent shot.

I'd say the shooting is a bit smoother in the final PES 2011 though and it's easier to utilise. I'm still getting to grips with the 'finesse' shot though, the controlled shot with the inside of the foot, that element of shooting should be better so there's no real improvement for the controlled shot but then again I've only had 3 games so my opinion may change with the controlled shot.

It seems that way yeah mate.

I got the game, in Greece its out today but in Greek and European union language which means french, german portugese ehh greek and no english. I am glad i rented it cos i will wait for the english version!. Its fantastic and its better than the demo. Referee not annoying and they have put some animation which i did not see on the demo, i reckon was not complete. It is the best animation passing system and the little details they have that play an important role on the game are trully phenomenal. Also it is the first proper pro where physicality and weight of the player actually do matter. Its very rewarding on the top player dififculty as well. All games i have played have ended in small scores. Mastering top player difficulty well for an old player its not anything to hard, but reward here comes from the fact that mastering the new gameplay on the top player dififculty and playing a good game is something. I am sad though they dont have all the nice atmosphere the old ones had, no flairs confeti flags, crowed pov shots when u score. Well i have only played national teams few games (uruguay vs barzil), but these things seem absent. But minor thing when it is such a silky smooth game.! finally happy again after 3 years of boredom. next year we need super crowed with ''total freedom'' in confetis and falirs and flags lol!

btw i dont understand sh#t on tactics on pro, never really did and this time it has become as much as pro manager as it is pro football lol so i am at a loss.!

i know you mentioned that the online play is not available yet, but please tell me how it is after you have a shot at it

As for the boots, is Puma Powercat, the one that Vidic and Carrick uses, available? If so, how many colourway?

2) HOW ABOUT FACE EDITOR..IT IS STILL SAME PES2010?
3) when we play master league, did the player are just in national team only (dont have club) will be appear in search player??? pes2010 cant. we just wait random by another year they will be in youth.
4) did edit mode for kits still the same like pes2010??
5) are the graphic is better than pes2010????
6) is there any hand ball??
7) can we dive again this year???
8) did we get a tight kits in edit mode for player or team?? like ivory coast kit..
9) can we put an emblem to team shorts??

I'm not sure how to check how many GK kits licensed teams have, I'm assuming just one since unlicensed GK kits have just been allocated one space.

The Puma Powercat 1.10 is indeed available, in the following colourways:





There's also 1 pair of Puma V1.10 in white/navy blue and 1 pair of Puma King XL in faded black leather.

It doesn't seem to be improved, or if it is, it's hardly noticable. There does seem to be a nice roar as a team scores, but apart from that Konami have disappointed in this area, again.


Any other questions and posts I've missed out I will come back to, I won't be answering some straight away, especially ones that will take time to look at and find out. Oh, and don't ask about 50 questions either because I'll be more inclined to ignore you as I'll likely have already answered some and it'll just show you're not reading through the thread.

1. Not sure yet, I'd assume so though otherwise it's pointless.
2. The face editor looks very similar, there may be a bigger choice in terms of skin types etc, but not too much has changed since PES 2010 for the face editor.
3. Not sure, as I've said with the Master League, it's changed so it's restricted to begin with, in order to check anything in the ML I'd have to play it for a period of time.
4. The editing kit templates look identical to PES 2010, there is a few I can't remember seeing on the previous game so expect the same but with maybe a few new additions but nothing of significance.
5. Graphics are a bit better than they were on PES 2010.
6. Not sure if handballs are on the game yet. They've been in the last few years but no one has noticed them, every now and then the referee would give a free kick and the only way of knowing it was handball would be because the commentator mentioned it, so I'll need more time to see for this one - either way it's not a huge deal.
7. Yes, we can dive again this year, although it seems more complicated as it uses the "feint system" for tricks (right stick).
8. Tight kits are only available to the licensed teams in the game, not unlicensed teams.
9. No, it doesn't look like emblems can be placed on shorts.

I think so. None of the Moroccan players appear to have their real names but after looking on Wikipedia, it does seem like he's in the Morocco team under the name "Tarouge". They're both 21, and look a little similar. I can't say it's him 100% but it looks likely.

Idk, i like when the refs actually call fouls. To me, it's more frustrating getting shoved off the ball constantly, and not getting any calls.

I think they are letting a golden opportunity through their hands regarding this.

Why don't they make some referees blow the whistle for every small niggle like in the demo, and some that don't like the full game, and some that blow for almost nothing and other referees that fit in between these options. It would make games much more varied and every match would feel unique.

They actually used to do that on the old PES games where you had a choice of referee's didn't you and their levels of strictness varied. Another thing they probably should have kept in.

I really didn't like the fouls being called all the time in the demo, especially since a good portion of the niggly free kicks given weren't actually fouls and clean simple tackles where the player put his foot on the ball first. That frustrated me more than anything. I wouldn't mind seeing some more fouls given by the referee, but if I had the choice between fewer fouls given now in the final game or the demo's skewed interpretation of fouls then I'd opt for this current final version everytime.
