Hi

I downloaded the 1.0 option file, and copied it over to my ps3 hard drive (ONLY the edit data, as thats all i want), but when i start up PES, it says ''Unable to load because data is from different version''?

So, what am i doing wrong? If any one knows, please tell me. Appreciate it lots!

anything added from me will be very minimal as ive done pretty much all i can for now. maybe a kit tweak here and there.

Your best bet is to gather all the stuff you used for your stadiums, keep your roof, thumbnail, stadium data that's on your PS3. Download the update, overwrite your own edit data. Remember that you still have your own stadium data intact(I'm talking about ad boards, roof designs, etc). After you complete the update remake your stadiums using your old data and just update the edit data.

Honestly that's your only option, hope it helps.

export your stadiums save them on a mem stick, install the option file / update but not the stadium files then import your stadiums back in.

Thanks Glen, only had a PS3 for about a week now so still getting used to all this editing stuff - please bare with me =)

I exported all my stadiums and can see them all on my hard drive (pictures of the stadiums), do I just copy that file that has the picture of the stadium across onto the usb or do I copy every file across onto usb before loading up your OF.

And my other question is when you said "install the option file / update but not the stadium files" do you mean that when copying your updated OF across onto my HD I leave off all your 'fence', 'roof' & 'thumb' files?

yh just copy the stadium pic over and yh leave the roof fence data

I've just copied over 1.1 (already had 1.0), it says data is corrupted (80029207) and everythings reverted to normal, i really dont want to delete 1000 files then reinstall them back, please help?

did you copy the most important file over? the editdata file

Cheers for the reply, yeah copied everything, been looking on some other sites advice was to do a quick format as this isnt the first time its happened, at least i dont have to delete every file hopefully will all work out.

Oh shall i download 1.0 then start up game so its all up and running or will it be fine just to copy everything 1.0 and 1.1 and then start up?

Installed 1.1 over 1.0 and everything is working like a dream Glen/MM, thanks very much for such a quality OF, your effort is very much appreciated guys. :)

PS, this option file is surely the best OF out there right now by far.(Take note BLES20 users). Thanks again :)

Just spend an nearly 2hrs copying everything back on and same error message :'(

Seems to be working for everyone else so not sure whats going on :( :(

Found out someone else tried with a new usb stick and it worked so will try that, fingers crossed, will let you know my results incase anyone else gets the same error message but will do this tomorrow, fed up of copying ahhhh so long

I have nearly finished the 1.2 update, it will probably be ready tomorrow evening!!!

Theres a fair few new additions, and around 30 new & improved faces, some slight tweaks to NPower stats,

I was about to download 1.1, but should I wait and download and install 1.2 instead?

If I do 1.1 right now, will I have to re-install all of the files to upgrade to 1.2?

I've been stuck with a BLES 21 game, and my little brother has just got the game yesterday (BLES 20). He txt me to install an option file, so that he has real players and kits etc. but I'm seriously considering swapping my BLES 21 for his BLES 20 without his knowledge, and giving him an inferior option file, does this make me a bad person?
