Took you a whole hour to come back and think up a response which reads the usual obligatory ''lol' along with smilies to make up your post. As if you're really laughing when in reality you're punching your bedroom walls in frustration at what a failure and dumbass you've become.
I'm not crying about anything, I didn't make this drama queen thread about bal mode asking others why i was substituted in a game. Although I would say that this is also normal in football games (just look at Man U!), I won't for PES 2011, simply because it's happening too often and on teams that aren't even good to begin with. The only way I have to defend against these last minute goals is to flood the midfield with players.
I usually play a 4-3-3 formation with 2 SS and 1 CF up front. If I am only leading by a goal or two with 10 min remaining, I would immediately switch to a 4-5-1 formation and playing 2 DMF and 1 CMF, and pulling 2 SMF all the way back to flood the midfield in an attempt to prevent the other team from boxing me in in my own half. It usually worked in my case, so I didn't have as many last-minute horrors as you have experienced.

In my government agency work I had the displeasure to speak to a few immigrants coming overseas who were applying for means tested benefits and it was painful as we needed a translator and it was a slow long drawn out process in trying to gather basic information and converse with these individuals. If the majority of your posts are filled with smilie images and lols, then it shows your just some immature kid that finds it difficult to articulate their point without using emoticons and debate in a coherent manner. Err wrong on both counts, not all Ugandans speak English son and many of them who come over here that do are not fluent in English anyway. As for my job I don’t work for a company I work for the government authority itself. And yes it does require having good social skills, which I excel at otherwise I wouldn’t be trusted in the position that I am in customer services. But being good socially doesn’t mean you allow and take shit from customers, this isn’t like working in toys r us or your grubby local supermarket. They're not doing us any favours. You got to have respect for yourself and be firm; we’re not the public’s lap dogs at the end of the day. In field they don't want little bitches working on the front line who are going to get bullied by customers. You got to man up and be strong mentally. Though I don’t know how you can decipher someone’s level of social skills from a message board where you are only interacting through words rather than body language and non verbal forms of communication. But I guess you’re one of those sick fucks that only form of social interaction stems from lurking around in chat rooms and social network sites to stalk, groom and harass girls/boys on the net
You also need more than social skills to be where I am, you need intelligence and flexibility in understanding all the different systems, policies and programs while being able to emphasis with people from all different backgrounds. It’s why I asked you if you were from Uganda as it would have partly explained why you struggled to form basic sentences in english and finish paragraphs. I would have gone a bit easy on you. I hardly have to be rude or talk down to anyone in my job because I get respect and am spoken to correctly by my colleagues. Its just the rare occasion someone gets too big for their shoes, where I feel duly obliged to knock them down a peg or two and remind them of who they are. You know where I work, someone gets a promotion to team leader or managerial position and they start behaving as if they can talk to you how they want. I got to then put them in place even if they don’t like what they’re hearing but most of the time they got nothing to say as my views in regards to the issue is always backed up because most of the time I’m right. During busy periods it is impossible for Mods/Admin to read every post, hence the post reporting button. If you are not happy with something, then please use it. It will then be up to the Mods for that section to take any initial action.
Please bear in mind though that Mods/Admin are volunteers, with jobs/families and other social responsibilities and as such may not be able dedicate 24/7 to a forum environment, so there may be a delay in response to any issues.
Please be assured however that any reported posts are reviewed at the earliest opportunity.
Let's civilly leave the matter at that and return to topic please.
