I was sure that I'd like it too. As you know, I'm always defended PES 2011 despite it's problems. I can't defend PES 2012 on the basis of this demo.

I was sure that I'd like it too. As you know, I'm always defended PES 2011 despite it's problems. I can't defend PES 2012 on the basis of this demo.
Tried and tried but can't do it.
If I had a woman's brain and could multitask maybe but these are so confusing.
What's the difference between this and just passing to a team mate?

Demo is good though for the basic things.
I'm into the FIFA styled arcade rubbishy trick stuff.

As said earlier this is why Konami shouldn't have released this demo. They should have waited and released only 1 demo, the one that's out in a few weeks.
This was done to get one over FIFA and it could spectacularly fail.
I'm a PES fan but the look on Seabass and Murphy was a look of resignation at Gamescon or where they had the presser.
Seabass looked like a beaten man.
I think they need a postive Aussie in there.
That would shake the place up a bit.
Having said that,I don't like FIFA and never will.
I don't like the graphic style of the game at all.
Really cold.
EA's slogan makes me ill plastered all around the stadiums.
And the game is named after Sepp Blatter,the biggest crook in world sport.

first u gotta press the R3 to change cursor to other team mate then use right stick to move him around..and then pass..ive passed all the training challenges

The more I play the more it feels like FIFA, I might write an e-mail to 2k sports begging them to get in the soccer game market lol, if you played EA Sports Nba Live garbage and the 2k Sports Nba game you would know what I am talking about, such a steep learning curve, so rewarding if you know how to play proper basketball, 2K sports Nba game is the real deal , kids play NBA Live, pes used to be like that but now konami is trying to win casual players so they made it very similar to fifa, Ali got it right, is just a demo but if people think the final release will be much different they are being delusional.
WAiting for the day when the best people from FIFA and the best from PES form together and make the best football game on Earth.
I'm over the "impact engine" BS and "off the ball " controls.
P.S. just had another go at the off the ball controls and was frustrated as all hell.

Both these companies have had a good go at it and failed. Time for a heavyweight like 2K sports to come in and fix the genre.

It's not like fifa, why do you say that?
It's more like pes 6. Go play that, and see for yourself.
I have played fifa 09, 10 and 11 (though in 11 I preferred pes) and I can tell you that it's nothing like fifa at all.
People said the same thing in pes 11 and for me, it was nothing like fifa and I have played fifa for more than 2 years.

At the same time it shows confidence in their product, and also shows that Konami is willing to take risks that other companies avoid, which is appreciated.

Slow in terms of reaction? Yes they are a bit, but you have to know that the GK's in the demo aren't the better keepers like Buffon,Cesar, Casillas, etc.. But yeah, they need to up their reactions, AND they also need to make them spill less. That's the problem with GK's in this game. The amount of spilling.
I believe this will be fixed though. I hope so anyway.

I just speak my mind. I mentioned what needs improving in the pes 12 demo, BUT UNLIKE SOME PEOPLE WHO OVERREACT about the negatives only, I also mentioned the positives.
When have you seen me defend pes 08, 09 and 10? Never, because I was with fifa at that time.
