which classic game you want to recreate?

Honestly, I don't see any problem with lineups. I'm a Juve fan, and when I saw the Classic Juve team, the first thing that came in my mind was "I'm gonna transfer Davids, Vialli and Baggio to this team once I finally get this game". Not something like "I'm gonna complain to h777 to put Davids, Vialli and Baggio on Classic Juve because the file needs to suit my personal preference to everyone". It will be just sad if these complaints is the difference maker on h777 giving up to continue his work
h777, I'm actually curious to know how you can get classic player stats accurate. For example, sprint speed, dribbling or free kick accuracy from a player that played on the 70s/80s
H777 bro I'm slightly confused I have imported all v3 however when I import classic lastest version I find players are missing in bayern and fc aus. Its not matching up to your video can you guide me please.
If that's the case, you can consider my post was just another opinion on this subject as well. And thanks for the link, if there is any player missing that I want on my roster, I will get the stats from there
If you check the opening post of this thread I've provided links to several stat sites. It's towards the bottom of the post. Most have been converted as the base of many stats are from earlier versions of pes. A time when it was common to have many really highly rated current players. Check pes master for pes 5 stats as examples. That's not the case anymore and when I converted many of the stats it was on pes 16. Ronaldo and Messi were 95 rated in a time when they are more or less still at their peak. Arguably they are up there with pele and maradona as the greatest of all time although I'm not looking a argument. If stats are taken exactly from older games there will be many players rated higher then them two which doesn't make sense too me. This is why they were converted.
Older stats were basically as they are labelled. New stats are not so simple and to get the definition of what each stat is, you can check in edit mode via the help function. This was taken into consideration when stats were converted and I used the same method for every player I did input, if the new version of stats were not available. I do believe this can be improved but it is better the guys who created the original stats too fine tune completely rather then me. Some teams of v2 do not come from me though so I could only do so much without having to re do it all.
I just want to say, complaints are not the reason why I have stopped and won't do again. They don't help but there are many other issues so no one should feel guilt. Too be still doing this at December imo was a failure. It should have been done well before that. I'm all about efficiency. Many hands light work etc. This has not been the case unfortunately. The majority of pes community also don't really want to work together. Like JeanMarc said... Everyone creates the same faces year after year. For me it shows people are only in it for themselves rather then the community. This project from my view was also meant to be a base for others too customise into their own project. The key rule of no duplicates was to maximise variety and so everyone isn't wasting their time doing the same thing. I explained this to people when I asked them..
Pes is dead though, this is why it is better to work together then waste your life creating something on your own. The reward is a thank you and should be enough. When you do not have too spend half your days and only have too contribute a small amount. A thank you feels a lot better and feels a lot more worth while.
All the work in this project is free for others too use in the future. I would ask that the team, contributors, kits and sources are credited though rather then "pes uni guys" as the majority of people who worked on this project are unconnected to pes universe. The list can easily be copied and pasted from the opening post.
Thanks for explaining your method on how you do the stats of players. I like authenticity to their stats to have a feeling I'm really playing with those players, and your method looks good enough. And when I do classic rosters, I also don't like duplicates. When we watch a match between Man.Utd x Real Madrid, we don't see 2 CR7s, so there is no reason to have 2 Zidanes on a Juventus x Real Madrid match
And I completely understand your reasons to not do it anymore. Personally I would never do it because It's so much work. And, in any case, I was planning to stick with PES 2017 for years to come, because It's a pain to redo everything when a new game comes out. So, I will probably use your rosters for a long time. My game is on delivery right now, can't wait to start testing it out
Thank you for your work h777
Thanks mate . Enjoy the game until data pack 3 as konami likely to cause us a bit of trouble.
What does the data pack affect mate? And do you think this next one will probably be the last pack/patch for this edition. seems the updates are more trouble than they are worth really.
