What do you use to get your centre backs forward to set peices? How do you do it

Sorry if this has been covered before, but is it possible to bring centre-backs/defenders up from the back from free kicks and corners? My mate said he can do it on XBox and it'd be really helpful for me if I could get my defenders up as well. Thanks very much, Jake.
