Yes after playing the game extensively, IMO, the answer is most definitely yes. In almost every department Pes 15 is better than Pes 2013. I may even stretch to say the PS3 version is arguably the best football game of all time!

Dont think Ive done it right then. Ive put all the files on and then copied the newest DATAEDIT from the update. All kits work but no transfers.

Semi is defo the best. As you say it combines the player attributes and the direction your actually aiming. You have total control. It's BEAUTIFUL.

FIFA shooting on semi is bang on. N u can't say sometimes it goes the wrong way. It's like 80% of the time. N if there's a man on your back it's 0%. I've played both games a lot n watch football n play football most days n in my opinion shooting in Pes is massively unrealistic.

Still think for all of FIFas flaws, which do make the game a pain in the arse after a few weeks, I still think it is better than pes 2012 simple because of the shooting. It's awful in pes, makes the game unplayable for me.
