Ok i got the patch up and running. Jerseys are perfect as are stadiums and adboards etc etc... the only thing not working is right names of teams and transfers and squads etc..what do i do to get this working? EG: To change from trad bricks to man utd etc?

i have a rip of the game on my pc. The actual physical disk is in my friends house which i should be getting back soon. I have wolfs patch setup but it says "error: Wrong disk" when i try run it...is this normal if i have a cd rip of the game? PS: The game is using konamis latest patch...
