Downloaded and updated the game this morning. Had a good look around after completion. Apart from the fact that there was no improvement to the online play, this update is really quite good imo. Alot of players have been added and it didnt ruin any of my previous editing efforts. Its a damn good start imo...now they need to focus on sorting out those online problems. Keep those patches comin Konami!!

the update stil doesnt contain ALL licensed spanish sides??? fuck sake.

No licensed Valencia etc..

my mate had the same problem with duplicate players, he now has 2 metzelders in his BAL team =/

i downloaded the update earlier myself (i play 360) and i got no players updated, just the theatre of legends??

i have 2.52 installed but still get the error code and freezing someone please help. I installed the pes09 update but cant get into my game now :(

When i got home at 3.40 i went on ps3 downloaded 41 mb update took bout 10 seconds...then the big update on system settings...went on http then it downloaded in 2 minutes....installed wnet on edit mode EXCELLENT

Played a match with my brother...BRILLIANT...the patch has imrpved the gameplay..it is quality trsut me, defending is better also they updated Ferandno Torres' stats, so it looks like they do see my moaning on other threads but unfortunately reinas golakeeping stat is still 78 =(

They added loads of players, al you have to mainly transfer is fellaini from standard de leige to everton and remove voronin

And on a few natinal teams, some of the players are called FAKE so just change them with a player iwth the EXACT same stats of them on the national registering roster

OVERALLY UPDATE IS 50 out of 10 it really has made the £38 i spent on this more worth it....=D

i play a few matchs and found that the gameplay is awesome now
CL teams , gameplay, clock, are improved
online mode is better than b4
all going smooth now

My Xbox 360 isent connected to internet, so I stick with the 1.0 version. Just one thing. Is there any thread or site were someone has posted all players in and out that Konami dont have in the standard version? Remeber this was available for PES 2008. Save a lot of researching time when I get the transfers up to date manually.

The update seems really good, i play with Liverpool and the green kit is really cool. I think the update has improved Liverpool aswell, first of all Skrtel and Dossena have had a hair cut and now look like them, and Liverpool feel more rounded off now its like they have retuned the team.

'Jamzil' i think feels the same, and have they really updated Torres stats? he does feel better. Anyone else play with Liverpool? what you think about the update?

I done mine last night but really haven't noticed any changes as I done my own editing of all the kits n stuff in the beginning.
Reading the blog on here too got me all confused though:

I recieved no list?? I downloaded the V1.20, then went to system setting and did the same there for the console (V2.52 I think) and that was it. But on-line actually works for me now though, which is a plus point.

Can some one tell me whether I've downloaded it or not??

Torres is the same. he still has the 79 shot technique :S

All of my games that i have played online are very playable. I am on the ps3 and with bt. I played a couple of games last night and they were totally playable. It's maybe your connection.
