Am I right in saying that you can only access this via quick match and that your unable to choose who you team up with or play against? :shocking:

I think you can create a lobby? Like on 08 in player match, you could do 2v2 and invite friends.

you can create a match room (friendly only) and tell players the name and password as long as they are in your lobby

Can someone please explain to me whether you can have 2 players/friends on the same team in a 2v2 match using the same console?

Other than this, I've had a good 2v2 but you are relying on others having decent internet connections. Annoying to play with just randoms though.
