couldnt have posted it any better myself mate , they could have made it known that they was taking a major game mode out , its not stated on the case or the net, even on the konami web it goes into the online aspect and what they have added etc , in no place it says this feature has been removed , what gets me is i could have bought for the ps3 instead but have always used xbox for pes,. i too am disgusted

I've been a total Pes fan boy my whole life, i've bought and played to death every Pes and the two times i have bought FIFA just to try it i've kept it for about a day max, but Konami just take the piss !
They have had the basic mechanics for a great game for years but every year it seems they do their best to let FIFA get better while they cock everything up.
I don't really like playing games on my todsome and one of the only real reasons i've got Xbox live is to play 2vs2 on pes. Saying that i think we all know it's been pretty crap online for years, while fifa has been fine, so this year i hear people saying it's much better online but i just knew Konami had to mess things up some how.
Luckily i saw this post before i got round to buying it. I guess i will wait to see if they patch it but it's still a total slap in the face for all the people who have already bought it.
Enough is enough now, Konami take the piss too much and they deserve to be taken down by FIFA, i'm not defending pes to all the FIFA boys anymore.
I am turning to the darkside, at least i can play 2 vs 2 online then, even if it will be sort of self harming.
Btw more people should be up in arms about this. Pes has always been a much better game against someone else and not the shoddy ai of the computer, online should be rammed and not just have a 100 odd people playing. It's a miles better game 2 vs 2 and much more realistic, on 2011 it took the constant ONE TWO ONE TWO ONE TWO out of the game and when dribbling is easier again like this year, you can't just take the piss dribbling all day when your playing with someone else.

Can people please tweet that @JonMurphy_PES guy on twitter about the XBOX360 version not having 2vs2 online. Even if you don't have a 360 and it doesn't affect you. It's a big piss take it's not there even if it doesn't affect people who don't use it. [use #pesQs in tweet]

yes please post a link to any update from him , as i dont ahave a twitter account and dont want one either! i did have a telephone convo with konami support regarding this and they are awaiting an answer as to what is going on from the head office in japan , they are calling me when they have any new info on this subject.

I am just going to have to play shitty FIFA now!
Also i have heard the new Call of Duty MW3 game is split-screen online on the XBOX360, even though i don't like these games and have only really ever played PES, seems i will have to try and get used to them.
I feel sorry for people who have spent their hard earned money on this game, if Konami don't fix this they can go FUCK OFF!!

They WILL fix it - if enough of us all kick up a fuss.
If you look in your PES 12 Manual you got with the game and on the back of the game it clearly states you CAN play 2v2. Which is a trading descriptions breach.
Instead of them having to re-print EVERY cover they will fix it. BUT we all have to email Konami, Tweet Jon Murphy and write on the FB Page. DAILY.
If you care that much its not allot to do - 5 minutes work, let our voices be heard.
And the people who don't play 2v2 or who have a PC / PS3 please show solidarity and do the same for us Xbox users who can't play 2v2 online.

Also you can create a twitter account in seconds - you don't even need to verify a email adress you can use any email adress you want! So i suggest making a couple accounts to bombard them with =)

Jesus Christ, I am in absolute shock, came across this topic searching for something else, the only time I play PES is online ranked with my housemate, not even thinking for a second it would be removed from PES 2012....thank fully I own a PS3 and it is available...........

yeah its not really an option to buy fifa instead anyways. I dont like the gameplay of fifa one little bit.
By the way, did anyone get a response from konami yet?
