About the new PES

I checked the screenshots and apparently it looks like Newcastle and Hotspur are the teams that will be licensed? Why did Konami choose these 2 teams? Why not do Chelsea, Arsenal, Man U, or Liverpool?? Any combination of those would be much better. I hope Newcastle and Hotspur are not the final teams that will be licensed.

Because EA have the full licensing.
