bloodwizard, Do you always score fk goals?
Something else... When you use two players fk, do you use the same techniques? When do you use two players fk? :D
ey mate my ratio for free kicks is at least one fk per game.for the two players fk.For (We9)
A.Shooting with 1st player.
1.From 17 to 24 M use the following:
press L2 to select the 2 players fk option then.
IF the wall was from the Left side then u have to use a right foot player and aim it to the post of the Right side exact and vice versa plus the second player should be facing ur side not opposite to it,Then u have to press L1 + X for the 2nd player to release the ball, then after the wide screen appears u have to press up + R1 + Sqaure to 1/4 the meter and it should work just fine.
2.From 25 till 28 same as (1) but shooting rate should be 2/4.
3.From 29 till 32 same as (1) but shooting rate should be between 2/4 and 3/4.
B.Shooting with the 2nd player.
Same guide as the 1st player technique alone but u have to press L1 plus the curve PS:its easier to score with it cause the computer does all the job all u have to do is press L1 plus the curl and Triangle or X.
to be honest i score mostly using the 1st player fk because am used to the old one but the 2nd type helps in situations plus it doesn't depend on the curl for (A) it just depends on the shooting power and cheers mate... ;)

Can someone define the best way to hit a freekick and explain if the R1 and R2 button does anything and the types u should use?
P.S - why isit sometimes when hitting a freekick and I power up the bar instead of a hard shot they hit a sort of looped shot. It goes up and down really slow?

Thanks in advance
if ur talkin bout pes4 u wanna hold up on the d pad 4 power and if ur close always aim 4 the keepers side they never dive 4 it.

The strong shot because it rarely depends on the player stats while the lob one needs good curling.

Free kicks going in

Try this m8

Scoreing them in the last game was hard but I put a fair few in, it's easier/fairer in the new game so here's my tips!!!

1) set your distance indicatior above the goal on the keepers far side allowing for natural curl.
2) Anything up to 25 yrds hold down and set power to 50/55%
3) 25 to 30 yrds and you can get away without spin, power 50/55%
4) 30 yrds and over down spin and 50/55% power

I let players natural curl take care of itself, 9 out of 10 shots like this have been very difficult for keepers to save, i've done it with a default left back in my master lge and scored a peach
