dont get me wrong, its the best gameplay version i have ever played, its just the slowdown business, the closer you get to the goal, the slower you get, i have an HD tv so theres no excuses there! lol

I played on an SD tv, the slowdown is unforgiveable on the replays but I'm loving the game otherwise.

i found this years gameplay great. best FIFA ever.

its more relaistic and its harder to win which is great. it still needs some tweaks(like defending) but if PES dont improve FIFA WILL catch up and take over

and if FIFA beat PES on gameplay then PES is dead

Probably you can update everything (kits, MAYBE improve gameplay, etc) that is needed.. on a later date.

Patches to improve gameplay? That reminds me of FIFA 2001. If this PES needs that, then KONAMI have failed miserably. I don't feel it's that bad, really... just nothing new or interesting to set it apart from the last 4 versions.

I've been reading comments and rumours everywhere now, and I am wondering what the freaking deal is.... Will Konami do their best to fix the slowdowns trough a downloadable patch or what ?

It's needed, and the people should demand it! They can't just charge money for a product that's not done properly. I know we're the ones that's stupid enough to buy first - then complain after, but it's still not right!

I'm guessing they were rushed to bring it out the same day as the Xbox version. Imaging the up roar if us PS3 owners would have had to wait longer for the game. I for one wouldn't have minded waiting. I'm enjoying the game a lot and haven't had any slow down problems during gameplay just on replays and what not.
