they move so slow honestly the only dribbling must come from when its dinner time !! i mean messi should move like a extremly hot knife through butter!! instead he moves like hes in a pool of tar!! honestly im getting sick of it i wana be able to move how players should do!!! not like him from royale family!!

Totally agreed! This year it takes some skill to play this game, like in PES6! If you want all you players move like lighting fast then go play arcade PES 2009 or 2008. That's the right game for you! Sorry :(

And like pes 5 aswell.:cool: I agree with what you said.
Beating everyone with messi last year was really easy. Now it takes much more skill and precise movement thanks to the 360 movement. And also it depends on the situation like in reality.

Agreed. This year it takes more skill to win as you can't just run through defences with ease. The last few games (2007-2009) were really just arcade games. No real skill needed, just a couple of fast players.

I am all for it also, the fact that picking barca or real madrid is not as big an issue as it used to be is great!

'Well in real life football is boring because players only do what they're capable of on a couple of occasions per game.'

Why does it need to be realistic?

It's a game that lasts 10 minutes.

We're the ones in control of the players. Like when you watch football on TV and you're thinking 'no no! just fucking ping it or feint this man or that man' and they don't do it' we don't need this in a game.

The game has such bad mechanics in it you're forced to play it like real life when really I'm thinking 'fuck it, I'm messi, he's sick and in real life I'd much prefer it if he would just do something sick every time'.

It's not that they've made it realistic they've just fucked up the game to a point where you can't do what you want so the outcome is realistic 'sigh...I'll just pass it back to the defense rather than try to change direction at the last minute and sprint down the line.

I think the people who are glad that you can't run anymore on the game are those people that you used to cry when they couldn't defend against skillful dribbling.

I never had this problem, because I was good at dribbling on previous pro evos I learnt quickly about how to defend - live by the sword, die by the sword.

yes everything i wanted to say but couldnt process out my brain lol i could tackle dribble and do everything in the last pro in this one im only allowed to pass pass pass pass pass its like italian football but even slower..im not gonna lie im getting use to the way the game is now but honestly i just wish i could do some amazing skill and dribble past the comp without being blocked by a pepperami with supersane 4 level strength honestly they make messi look like mr.BEAN!!!

:D Even Konami admitted that the last two series 08 and 09 were made to be arcade. If you like that type of gameplay give a try to Fifa as well;) Everybody has their own taste.

so basicly this guy doesnt want the game to act like real life, well for me i want a realsitic experience if you want to run past everyone play fifa with messi lennon and wallcott and run down the wings

I am sorry to laugh at you in public... the only skill any game require is "NERDSKILL" and some games require knowledge, if u can call "Buzz" and similar a game at all...

In PES (all of them) the only thing you need to learn is what does it and what don't in the version you play.
This time around volleys are less effective, dribbling is harder and players feels like they run around on muddy pitches.

The main difference between before and now is that the difference between sprinting and jogging is smaller, has nothing to do with the gamespeed.
The game should be even a bit slower in my opinion, especially in BAL mode wich speed up to INSANE heights as your player grows.
The slow 90 degree turning speed doesent bother me much, but the "running in tar" effect bothers me a little and could easily be sorted out without speeding up the game.
