Even without this option file or any option file for that matter, you will never get rain in the Master League. It's something Konami fucked up on.

Watson V4.0 Option File: Season 2006/2007 Update

Release Date: Thursday September 7th​

The eagerly awaited final version of the Watson Option File series is coming soon, and it will push the boundaries of Option File making even more, with V4 offering a huge variety of improvements to the hugely successful Watson V3.0 Option File: World Cup Fever!​

Special Addition:​

I can now gladly announce a great piece of news which is bound to get everyone drooling at the thought. This can be seen in no other option files and is unique to Watson V4.0 and is of course, thanks to the permission of the great Del Perio

Del Perio has kindly allowed me to use all the stats from his EPL beta file, so that a full stat updated, realistic, EPL database is playable. Many players have been updated, far in excess of the stats posted on his threads, from the biggest teams to the smallest teams, for the most realistic EPL gameplay possible

As I stress, this is the only file where you can play a fully updated EPL with realistic data and I’m sure you’ll agree that this is a superb addition to the Watson Option File Series

Here’s a list of what to expect in the new file- All things added since last time have been bolded​

International:​

Re-Live Germany 2006:

• Every Single player who featured in the World Cup has had their appearances tweaked
• All squads 100% accurate, including late changes that didn’t make it into V3
• Extensive work on Accessories and Shirt Names, with lots of attention to detail
• All Home, Away and Both GK Kits researched and put into the game to have the full array of kits
• Holland Home Kit now all orange as used in the World Cup
• All armbands correct for every team
• Extensive Formation Updates for the 32 Nations involved, with optimum formations for every side, thanks to dave_walker22

Right, I'm in need of some serious help here

Basically, I need someone who has the whole of tomorrow free to assign all the boots for players from clubs in Germany, Italy, Holland, Spain and the Other Leagues Section

This is the last piece in the jigsaw to be ready for release, and its urgent that I find someone who can do this, if you feel you are capable and know what you are doing, and have the time tomorrow, then please contact me as soon as you can

I'm also needing more people to help with appearances and everyone who has been given appearances so far to try and finish up in time for Wednesday night, if you would like to help, let me know, and I'll dish some out

Oh, watson, please release 2 O.F... one with good kits and one with turned off logos of the teams kits, compatible with kitserver... Because yesterday I did this alone to every team's kit in BlueScouse's O.F. and it took me 2 hours....
But it seems this O.F. will be better, so PLEASE release a second version. You will help to a lot of people

Yeah, they fixed that stupid weather bug for the American version of WE 9 so I have seen snow and rain in the Master League. Pity they didn't put the crowd in for Wide mode, at least on the Xbox and PC Versions of WE 9.

In that case, why don't u visit the WSAG v.3 thread? somebody posted all of the appearances for Korean national team. As I am a big fan of Korean national team, I'd like to see those on ur OF.
