In case the guys making the file have not noticed, Alan Smith seems to be sporting his default haircut again. Just thought I'd let you know.

No Inclement Weather

In master league I have not experienced any inclement weather, such as rain, since installing this option file. Anybody else experienced this?

This is happening in We9 for PC.

By the way, great option file.

Even without this option file or any option file for that matter, you will never get rain in the Master League. It's something Konami fucked up on.

Champions League 2006/2007

Now that the qualifying for CL is over, will the optionfile include the 4-5 missing teams so that it will be possible to play an entire CL tournament?

Bananskud- If it was just 1 or 2, it would be possible, but I don't have time to create Steaua, Levski Sofia, AEK Athens and Spartak Moscow for V4 :)

I may create a couple but I won't commit to that, as it depends on how much time I have with other things :)

Here's some info for you all about V4

-----------------------------------

All new promoted teams will be in V4

I've created Gimnastic, Levante, Recreativo, Excelsior, Atalanta, Catania, Torino, Cottbus, Aachen, Bochum, Valenciennes, Lorient, Sedan, Watford, Reading and Sheffield United

Juventus have been moved to the other leagues section instead of Djurgardens

The only licensed kits which have been updated are Arsenal, Chelsea and Villarreal, credit to BlueScouse, I'm undecided about more, depends on logo space etc

I'm also undecided about trying to include a couple of the teams which made the Champions League such as AEK Athens

Regards squads, Germany, England and France are all superbly up to date, including many youngsters. Spain is looking pretty good, as are nearly all other leagues teams. I have a team of people helping me with the Dutch League, and vixon2 is kindly helping me with Serie A

All in all, V4 is looking good and I'm happy with the progress being made :)

Sounds amazing Watson! Seeing how much else you and your team have done it only makes sense that creating 4 more teams would be too much. But thank you for considering anyways.

It sounds like this is going to be THE option file for PES5.

Go Team Watson!

Possibles:

The inclusion of Spartak Moscow, Steaua Bucharest and Levski Sofia- This is the last question I need to decide upon, and it depends on time, and also the amount of help I can get in making the kits, player stats and appearances. If people are willing to help me do this, then I’m willing to create these sides for V4

I may have forgotten stuff from the list above, for which I apologise :)

The release date is currently set at September 7th but this is of course subject to change, depending on how much work is required after the transfer window closes on Friday night, but at the moment, that is the likely date, and I’ve thought of that date for some time. I’m still needing help with appearances and anyone willing to help feel free to let me know and I can give you some to do, but I’m sure and I hope that everyone is looking forward to what will hopefully be another successful release in the Watson series

As usual, feel free to make any donations via the link on my website :)

Of course, all of this couldn’t be done without a great deal of help, and many people have contributed to V4 of the Watson file. BlueScouse, vixon, dave_walker22, Milanista90, LMD, Bluebirds, Feanor, mamouth007, ShevaPro respiko, Stewiegriffin, Football Freak, Big Boss, robin_007, cantona_21 to name the main contributors to V4, as well as www.footballsquads.co.uk. As well as everyone who contributed to V1, V2 and V3 of my file

Finally, it would be wonderful if anyone with good photoshop skills could design me a wee banner to add to the first post. Nothing major, just makes things look nicer, if anyone wants to make an attempt then feel free to post in the thread, and I'll have a look at them :)
